Clean and comfy near everything in the city

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

We had an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb! Hayley was super accommodating and attempted to resolve any issues we had. The house is a short distance from the downtown area and has a path down to the river. If you want to go in the river, be sure to have some water shoes as the rocks are very slippery entering in.

Beautiful, stress free and a little slice of heaven. Free of noise and all peace and quiet. Barely any light pollution at night, you can see the Milky Way and millions of other stars. Wildlife was amazing and definitely what you would expect in Hill County. If you want a central Texas feel this it. We’ll be back for sure!

This was the perfect getaway to unwind from the chaos and pressures of life! We truly enjoyed our stay, and the weather was perfect. We spent a large bulk of the time at the property watching the birds and deer, drinking wine outside with a great book, soaking in the outdoor tub, and walking the property with our dog. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we found it more than adequate to cook dinner each night. Although there was no TV, we appreciated the opportunity to just disconnect. Linda was a fantastic host; the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the house was spotless. We can't wait to visit again soon!!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

The apartment was just as pictured in the pictures and clean. We enjoyed being able to drive over to Gruene - 2 minutes. The complex was quiet and new. We had no issues with our stay and communication with Gregory was super quick if I had any questions. We would stay again!

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes of Wimberley. The apartment was comfortable and private. We appreciated Terry checking in on us shortly after we arrived and giving us local recommendations. A book with instructions and local information is also available.

Had a great 3 night stay at Jay’s property. The property was exactly as the description suggested and was a great place to base ourselves for Gruene and surrounding areas. Jay was very responsive and proactive in his messages/advice. Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we had a lovely gift on arrival due to us celebrating our wedding anniversary. A nice touch. Would definitely recommend for future guests and would stay again.

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

What a wonderful host and place to stay. This house is located right at the heart of downtown Buda and is a short walk to all the fun stuff to do around town. Not only that, the hosts are amazing and go above and beyond your typical host. For example, I lost an AirTag during my stay and within an hour of me leaving, they already had the AirTag in the mail. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Buda!

Quaint place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown New Braunfels. The place was stocked with essentials, which is great in general but will require some creativity in the kitchen. Mark and his friendly canine companion - Pearl - came over to welcome us and they both checked in on us in their own ways which was appreciated. My wife and I were left to enjoy our privacy. Mark was kind enough to let us invite the friends over we were in-town to visit and we really had a great time visiting. We would have liked to spend more time appreciating the property at its fullest potential, but alas - another time.

Loved this house! House is really private and the surroundings are stunning and very peaceful. Neil is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Neil’s guide is also really informative about what to do in the area - we visited the vineyard nearby and it was great. Overall, had a great time and the house is great.

We had a great time and the rain didnt stop us from swimming and enjoying the hot tub! this place is very unique and worth the drive. The town is small and the closest walmart is about 30 min away if you need Walmart but there are places to eat in town and a dollar store. The animals are very cool!

Me and my new fiancé absolutely loved this place from the minute we got there we felt like we were home and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again. It has made for a lasting memory that we will cherish.

We absolutely love this little Hideaway! It was such a nice walk to downtown Wimberley, being right on the water was great! One of our favorite parts was being able to use a paddle boat and kayaks! It was a great space for a little family, and the house was very responsive! We definitely can’t wait to go back!

Vesper Lodge is a lovely home! The decor of the home and styling of the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen are on point. I appreciate attention to details which result in at home comfort like hand soap, room spray, diffuser, sound machines, fans, copious amount of kitchen tools, and a plethora of blankets. We are looking forward to visiting sometime during the winter so we can better enjoy the fire pit, back patio, and the fireplace. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely space with us!

I could go on and on about Ashley and Alan, after our short stay I feel like they are family now. They are so kind and respectful of privacy but also willing to chat and treat us with love and respect! Their space was cute and cozy and just what we needed for our trip, the bed was comfy and the bathroom is so cool with the waterfall sink. One of our favorite parts was the awesome hot tub we could relax in, even in the heat of May with almost 100° days the nights cooler down enough to enjoy a nice soak. Their place is close enough to many things so we would drive to surrounding towns to experience the hill country. We will absolutely be back and are already trying to plan a time to make that happen! I 100% recommend staying with them if you have the chance, you will leave blessed and refreshed. 💕

My only criticism is that, based on the location, I assumed we'd have direct access to a lake front view. If you squinted through the trees you could see the water. Rightfully so, the host had instructions about not roaming the grounds because of other units. We drove to a nearby trail that had access to trails by the lake but while we were there these trails were closed (not the hosts fault). We had a great time at this beautiful unit.
