My wife and I were very happy with our stay from start to finish. David and Grace were very proactive in communication before we even arrived. Their condo is very clean and well maintained. It was also exactly as pictured. The property is an older property, but it was clean and and quiet for our weekday stay. David and Grace's condo has been updated and is beautiful and comfortable. The patio view over the pool and to the beach was perfect. The "Little Things" were definitely very well done. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and even some storage containers. There is a microwave that is not pictured on the listing, which was a welcome bonus. We enjoyed so much that we are booking again in August so our kids can join us next time. Thank you David and Grace for wonderful and affordable stay.

Very cozy place. Felt like home. Great location. Crossing Seawall Blvd to get to the water was easy and could be done with small children. Douglas is a great and prompt communicator. Highly recommend.

Very last minute stay, and hosts were very communicative! Nothing but kind to me and my friends! Their stay was very quiet and lost to do in the area. I would definitely come and stay here again!

This was our second stay at this unit. Daniel and Sam are wonderful hosts—kind and communicative throughout. The unit itself is very clean and beautifully maintained, with stunning beach views from the balcony. Highly recommended! We would love to return in the future.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at Ricardo’s cute apartment located at a beach oasis. There was access to a swimming pool and jacuzzi and walkway access to the beach. Also, across the street you have access to the heated lazy River. The kids loved this! Unfortunately, the place was under construction and the workout room and restaurant/bar were closed. We hadn’t planned on that and we didn’t bring a lot of food. Had we known this, we would have gone grocery shopping prior to our arrival. There is not a local grocery store. The closest grocery store was over 30 min away. Restaurants were also pretty far away. This isn’t a problem if you plan accordingly. Buy your meats and sides to serve in advance of arriving. The ice maker works great. There are quick marts where you can buy milk, cheeses and snacks. The apartment has everything you need to make and serve a nice meal. Communication was great. You need to arrive before 5pm to get the packet and codes. Each person has to pay $25 for access to amenities.

This was a great place to stay! I loved the location and it was exactly as described! The host was great at communicating and was a super easy check in! Hoping we’ll be back!

Awesome stay! The view was perfect. It’s peaceful and quiet. The king bedroom leading to outside balcony was convenient. It was a really big place for just the two of us. Will definitely come back and stay again.

My family of 5 absolutely adores this house. It’s big enough that we all have our own space, it’s very well stocked, and is very clean. The mattresses are super comfy, the four balconies are awesome, and it’s less than a minute walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here two times already, and will stay here again on our next trip to Surfside! The hosts are super responsive! Thank you Nadia!

My family and I had a great experience from beginning to end. We loved how spacious and clean the home was. Sleep is important to us and the beds in the home were so comfortable; even the kids bed felt great. Joseph is a great host and we appreciated that the home was fully stocked with everyday items. We also enjoyed the community pool and restaurant at the marina.

This place is a gem, ideal for a big family or two smaller ones. Just a moments walk to the beach. Super clean and well appointed with more than the basics I’ve found in most Airbnbs. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location straight on the beach and not to far from food/shopping. We had issues with the A/C and they immediately had someone over fixing it. Highly recommend!

Had a great time! Space was just what we needed with 4 kids and was very clean. Loved that it was such an easy walk to the beach and then showers and a pool to clean off and relax afterward. Security was present and good, parking was easy, not in a super busy area but not far from the main attractions of the sea wall. Will love to come back again!

Our stay was relaxing and we felt right at home. Everyone we ran into on the property was friendly and welcoming. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed. The host and co-host were quick to respond.

If I was gonna change one thing it would be the mattress on king bed. If you like hard beds you will love it. We already booked another trip to this condo. Owners very helpful and very nice. The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.
