Excellent communicator, responsive to all our needs, good value for the price. Will definitely try to get this property again.

Stayed 4 times. Will continue to return when life brings us to the area. Location is perfect and the home is very well maintained. It is good to know that there is no restroom on the first floor. Hosts are quick to respond and very kind.

we felt right at home the pool was great we couldn't hear any pool noise from the house while a baby was sleeping comfy beds nice pool toys and towels the shower in the garage was great so you can wash off the pool water before going in the home we will reach out to stay here again for our next family gathering

Grace’s house was very nice and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the beds are very comfortable and it’s very spacious and the pool was just a plus. The kitchen also had all the essentials to cook. Grace is very helpful and would respond quickly. We had no problem to find her place and to get in. We would definitely stay here again. Comfortable, convenient place. My only issue would be the dust that was tracked in from the outside patio work. Sealing the area would make all the difference.

Firstly I would like to thank leybelis for allowing us to stay at her beautiful and cozy home, my family and I stayed at her house and I want to say the beds where amazing, everything was fully stocked, literally felt like I was in my kitchen the backyard was also really nice and well maintained, I would definitely come back.

My wife and I highly recommend Kimberly’s place! The house was super clean and very spacious! The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. The pool area is super awesome! The outdoor kitchen is also super awesome! Kimberly is very quick to respond! Kimberly’s pictures and description are also very accurate, this is many times not the case!

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Yuliana's place was really nice, very clean, and cozy place. This house provided a safe place to stay. I would definitely rent here again!!

Beautiful home, well kept with little unique vintage peices of furnitue and decor, my favorite was the Mancala side table(gorge!) All the amenities you would need in a home away from home. My husband and I nabbed the mater suite...shower water pressure AMAZIN G! Awesome pool for the Arizona heat, plenty of room, 5 adults in the house everyone had their own space. Jen and Vlad are amazing hosts, very responsive and flexible. We were given clear instructions on how to get in the very private home (it has a locked gate entrance, so secure!). They're was even clear closing the home instructions. Every text sent was replied to in a timely manner, great hosts. We haf a wonderful experience with them. Thank you helping make our stay fantastic

Honestly this trip was amazing, first time we've gotten to splurge on a beautiful home. Every part of the home was gorgeous and very accommodating, unfortunately due to the random cold weather we weren't able to try out the pool but by the size of it I know it would've been a great time! We overall loved everything in the home and hope to come back next year but stay even longer next time!

Easy to , right on a corner lot. Pool was nice, rooms were very comfortable. the shower stone floor was so nicely done (non slip) my son loved the jacuzzi bathtub

In the middle bedroom the bed squeak other than that we had a wonderful experience. Everything was with in walking distance. We enjoyed your place very much thank you my friend looking forward to do it again.

Was a perfect place for our family to stay while in town for my Dad’s memorial. Lots of space to spread out. Loved the enclosed pool area. The additional studios offered extra privacy, kitchenettes, and showers so that even with 12 people, no one ever needed to wait for a bathroom!
