Andrea made us feel so at home. Not only did he greet us upon arrival, but he also had stocked the kitchen with some speciality food items and wine. He was incredibly responsive and provided us many wonderful local recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Simonetta delivered everything she promised and more. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean quiet and spacious. We like to cook as well as trying restaurants. Everything we needed was there. On arrival we immediately knew we’d made a great choice. A nice touch were “disposable “ slippers and quality towelling robes. Going out was a great experience, the market was practically next door selling fresh fish, meat, fruit, herbs etc. We will come again!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Santi vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet...es fehlt einem an nix. Das Highlight ist das Panoramafenster und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer - mit Sonnenuntergang!!! Ein Traum. Und wenn klare Sicht ist, sieht man sogar den Ätna. Santi hatte super Tipps für uns bzgl. Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das zweite Highlight war der Strand "Spiaggia del Minaerto". Wir waren in der ersten Hälfte vom Juni, wo noch nicht so viel los ist. Wenn ich morgens an den Strand gegangen bin, war ich von ca. 8-10 alleine an diesem schönen Strand. Und Santi war so lieb und hat mir seinen Sonnenschirm geborgt. Also eine 12 von 10.

Lorenzo è un Host molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha accolto con gentilezza e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento curato nei dettagli offre tutto il necessario. Consigliato! Se dovessimo tornare a Siracusa sarà il nostro punto di riferimento!

Great location! Close to everything. Pierluigi was great too. It was nice to be near everything in Ortigia. Great town!

Maria’s apartment was full of charm, history, and comfort — a great space for our family of four (with two teens). The location was unbeatable: right outside the door were lovely eateries, markets, boutiques, and just a short stroll away, the stunning Piazza Duomo. It’s a perfect spot to soak up the best of Ortigia. We had a brief electrical issue (which turned out to be a local outage) and Maria was kind enough to check in promptly, even really early in the morning — truly appreciated her responsiveness. Overall, a wonderful stay in a magical part of Sicily. Highly recommend

Jag, min sambo och vår 3-åriga dotter bodde i Matthews lägenhet under en kortare semester till Ortigia och kunde inte ha varit nöjdare. Boendet passade oss perfekt på alla sätt och vis. Själva lägenheten var superfin, rymlig och hemtrevlig. Extra plus var att det fanns möjlighet att låna parasoll och strandhandduk samt att det fanns lite pussel och spel som vår dotter tyckte var roligt att leka med. Vi fick ett fint mottagande av Matthews vän Enrico som visade oss runt i lägenheten. Han gav oss all information som vi kunde tänkas behöva under vår vistelse plus lite tips om vad som fanns att upptäcka i området. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område, nära till både restauranger och sevärdheter på Ortigia och i Syracusa. Rekommenderar detta boende varmt till er som planerar en resa till Ortigia!

I’ll provide a parent’s pov on the place, just to add another helpful perspective on this AWESOME place. I have two kids. The single beds for them worked perfectly. The library below us had great kid books. The location puts you right near the piazza, cute shops, and the beaches. The kids loved the view and they loved getting ice cream and playing in the piazza at night. Great value, great for families.

Antonio was very helpful with a flexible check-in & instructions. Very easy to find his place and park across the street in a very inexpensive paid parking lot. His place was great for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). They were excited that they had their own rooms. The A/C worked great and made for easy sleeping at night. That’s not the case all over Italy. It was clean and the master bedroom was on the top level separate from everyone else. So even great if you were traveling with 2 couples. Nice cafe downstairs for morning cappuccino & pastries. Easy walking distance to Oritigia and I’d recommend for your stay in the area.

Die Wohnung war noch schöner als auf den Fotos : die Lage im unteren Teil der Altstadt von Ragusa Superiore inmitten von verschachtelten Häusern mit dem wundervollen Blick auf das atemberaubende Ragusa Ibla , nicht nur von der Terrasse aus , sondern auch von 3 Fenstern der unteren Etage aus. Das raffinierte Design von Fliesen und vieler anderer Details machen die Wohnung zu einem Musterbeispiel für meisterhafte , ideenreiche Altbaurenovierung. Ilenia war sehr hilfreich und gab uns viele Tipps. Obwohl ein Bus um die Ecke hält, ist für die Besichtigung von beiden Ragusas Fitness fürs Treppensteigen ratsam. Grazie mille

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

We had a brilliant stay at Alberto's place. The appartment was very spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Alberto was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. The location is great with good restaurants, bars and cafes just a few minutes walk away. The cannoli that Alberto left for us was delicious and worth the trip just for that. Overall an amazing place to stay in a beautiful old town with a great host.

We LOVE this house! Very easy to reach all the parts of the Ortigia island. The market, beach, restaurants and bar, but still quiet at night. We love to purchase some fish and ingredients to cook and eat at the kitchen and balcony. Carmi is super helpful and share lots of places to go and eat. Btw, for a 2 women trip, 2 bathrooms and 2 closets are the highlight!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Sehr schöne wohnung in einem super Zustand. Wie auf den Bildern. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer fanden wir super da wir als pärchen privatsfähre hatten. Gastgebering super nett und hilfsbereit. Zu verbessern: Ich würde in neue Matratzen investieren, sind viel zu weich man versinkt im Bett. Zusätzlich würde ich noch jeweils weiche schlafkissen zur Verfügung stellen, die waren steinhart. Ansonsten alles perfekt und ich kann es empfehlen.

Elisabetta and her husband Licio were lovely! They picked us up at the bus station in their car and after showing us the apartment, walked us a little bit around the neighborhood! Elisabetta offered to help anytime if we needed it. Licio came to greet us at check out and walked with us to the bus stop so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and miss it. Lovely!

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Una estancia maravillosa, tanto por lo bonito que es el apartamento como la atención recibida por parte de Barbara. Nos recomendó lugares donde comer, desayunar y también donde tomar algún helado, seguimos sus consejos y acertamos totalmente.

We were lucky enough to spend a week in Guido and Maddy's beautiful apartment. The pictures are lovely but we were actually surprised by how large and well appointed it is. The decor was stunning and it was extremely clean and well equipt. There is a beautiful secure courtyard with an outside family dining area and also a balcony looking out over the the marina. The kitchen is also very well equipped for cooking, with the local supermarkets selling wonderful fresh produce. Guido and Maddy were fantastic hosts and they made sure we enjoyed our stay, they have put a lot of love into making this apartment a beautiful home from home. Marina Di Ragusa is a delightful town. The beach and the sea are stunning and there is a whole host of superb restaurants and bars. It is unsurprisingly a popular place to visit but all the while still maintains it's wonderful local spirit and character. We had an amazing time during our stay. We can't recommend enough!

This accommodation was perfect in every way! The bed was absolutely luxurious, and the showerhead was amazing and I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel. The hosts were incredibly helpful, very responsive, and super friendly. The kind of people that feel like your close friends the moment you meet them! Exceptionally clean and easily walkable everywhere. Ortigia is a beautiful place and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!
