Waterfront vacation rentals in San Lorenzo

A lovely apartment in a great location, very close to a nice swimming spot. Ortigia is a fascinating place that is well worth a visit. Chiara & Gabriele were very helpful and answered all our questions very helpfully. I hope we can return!

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Very good stay. perfect location to visit the east of Sicily.

We absolutely loved our stay, watching the sunset and the people stroll by from the balcony with a drink in hand are memories we will long cherish. We didn't have a car so being walking distance to everything we needed including the beach was perfect. The apartment was a great layout for a couple with adult children and the air-conditioning was a great escape from the outside heat.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

Great value apartment in a central location. Allowed us to check in early and Domenica was so so helpful trying to help us locate our son's last suitcase. The roof terrace was a lovely bonus too.

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

The apartment has two terraces with always sun or shade. On one side, beautiful views of the sea, beach and boulevard, and on the other side, views of the garden and mountains. The living room is very spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a nice shower and a good bed. The kitchen is compact but contains everything for a pleasant stay such as a microwave, percolator and spacious fridge with freezer compartment. There is always room to park the car behind the house.

We had a wonderful time here, what a wonderful place to stay. You can't be closer to the sea and the terrace is a wonderful place to quietly enjoy the sea. The host, Titti, is an extremely friendly and charming woman who lives in her own beautiful house in the spacious garden and knows exactly the right balance between friendly contact and letting people enjoy their privacy. The location is perfect to explore the east of Sicily. Highlights for us were Syracuse/Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa and Marzamemi. Favorite beach at Beach Club Agua in San Lorenzo. Titti, thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. Highly recommended for sea lovers!

Our kids loved the location so close to the beach. From the patio we could see what´s going on at the beach....really great for families. Kiosk in 2 minutes walking distance....just lovely.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

Giovanna’s place was excellent for our 3 day stay in Ortigia! The apartment was clean and even better than the photos. It was in a great location, walkabale to many restaurants, shops and main attractions. Her co worker Nella met us on check in and she was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

Amazing location and incredible hosts. They picked us up from outside Ortigia as the location is in the limited traffic zone which means you’re unable to take your car in. Despite not speaking a lot of English, the host communicated everything we’d need via messages and offered a ton of recommendations for things to see and places to eat. They were incredibly generous and kind leaving us with a stocked fridge, welcome wine and offered extended checkout. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Ortigia
