The apartment is located inside one of the oldest buildings in Cuglieri. It is very well equipped: you do not need to bring anything except yourself. It has a large terrace with an exciting view of the sea. The nearest beach is about 15 km away: The sunsets over the sea are a spectacle that you will carry in your heart and mind for a long time. The care with which the restoration was done and with which it was furnished surprises all our guests: reality always exceeds expectations. They would like to live there. It has AIR CONDITIONING and a HEATING system with radiators in every room: THE USE OF THE HEATING INVOLVES A MINIMUM ADDITIONAL COST OF 15 EUROS PER DAY. In addition to the two double bedrooms (the second bedroom on request becomes 2 single beds), the sofa in the living room easily becomes a very large single bed.
