Calm and elegance. An absolutely fantastic home that I tailored for my getaways in Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two years to fix it up; it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, the gondolas and the boats passing by. An incredible water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, but central and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice. Convenient for shopping, for the produce stand, for the bakery, and not far from a waterbus stop.
