I loved staying here and hope to again in the future! It’s a great accommodation for solo travelers. Conveniently located near local attractions, markets, and restaurants. Most destinations in Madrid is between a 5 minute to 30 minute walk. And the overall price for an almost two week stay was such a great deal! Aurora is a wonderful host as well. Anything you need she is there to help and she has wonderful suggestions on places to go.

Pablo's apartment was perfect for a weekend in Madrid. Clean, well equipped, functional for 4 people as toilet is outside the bedroom and the living room with sofa bed has also a door. Pablo instructions are precise, he's open to support with any suggestion and he let us keeping the car parked in the garage also after the check out time. Highly recommended!

Delighted with our stay at Andréa's. The explanations about the accommodation are detailed and clear. The apartment matches the photos, clean, functional, comfortable bedding and especially close to the metro and bus line. We were able to do everything on foot, it was great. (Visit to Madrid but also 3 other cities Toledo, Segovia, and Aranjuez which are quickly accessible by train) Andréa was responsive to our requests, always available quickly to respond to us and give us advice. This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

María Jesus was an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to the excitement of Malasaña, but offered a nice reprise after long days of walking the streets. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and equipped to the smallest details. One of the most beautiful apartments I have encountered. It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into creating a pleasant stay. The view is stunning as well. Alicia was helpful with advice and responded quickly to any needs. I had a great stay at this apartment, I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed my stay. The location was super central and in the middle of popular areas near Gran Via and Sol. The place was no more than a 20-minute walk from any of the major tourist sites you might visit (and often less), and located 10-15 minutes from fun restaurants, tapas-bar streets, markets and the popular churro spot etc. The apartment interior was as described, very clean, charming, and well-decorated. I really enjoyed having the big window to look out on a popular pedestrian street that runs between Sol and Gran via, it had excellent people watching and felt vibrant and located in the heart of things. Despite it being central and on a popular street, it was remarkably insulated from noise day and night, and noise was never a concern at any point. Fernando was very responsive and ensured I was able to check in and out with ease and provided useful local recommendations.

Large, modern and bright home with very good views of Madrid and the mountains behind. Balcony all around! We used public transportation, and you have to expect 45-50 minutes of transportation into the city center. But we were prepared for that! However, when we discovered how cheap and fast it is with an Uber car, that became our preferred solution for the evening home trips, being tired and just want to go home and to bed!😴

We are all looking forward to our next visit.

The place is in a great location for visiting Madrid. I walked almost everywhere and if not then the metro is really close. Seo was very helpful as a host and made checking in and out easy and seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the place is pretty much below ground level (which is outlined by Seo) so there isn’t a lot of natural light or an outside space. Therefore I would recommend this place if you want a place to rest after long days out in Madrid. I spent a day in the apartment doing some work and it felt a little dreary because of lack of natural light. But overall a great place to stay. Thank you Seo.

Place was a short walk to a lot of places around Toledo. The apartment is quite and very easy to check in and out of.

Our stay with Sara was spectacular, always pending from the time of booking to offer us the full experience and to our liking. The apartment was with the heating for our arrival. He gave us recommendations from the surroundings to see and eat. And he even had several details in our stay that we loved. We will definitely be staying again at Casas Toya with Sara as hostess is a 10!!!!

Cozy, safe, and comfortable apartment central to all things in Madrid! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Raquel’s place. Very communicative host who provided all we needed for our stay! We would absolutely come again!

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

very nice apartment on 3 levels. Fun and original, tastefully furnished. New furniture, tidy, close to all the main attractions, we walked around. Nearby grocery stores, great restaurants nearby. Just a stone's throw from art museums.

The stay was great, the house is as shown in the photos. Good patio that for when the weather is good, it's a pass!! The house is very well located, 5 minutes from Segovia and the Farm, and 20 minutes from the Sierra de Navacerrada. The owner is very friendly and very attentive and responds super fast!!
