We had a great stay at Ruth's house! The house was tidy and had everything we needed! Ruth was very friendly and always willing to give us useful instructions about the house!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in the hills. The place was just as described, very modern, fabulous views, we spent many afternoons at the pool but we also walked up to the station and visited El Escorial and Avila. We had a couple of minor issues and Venessa couldn't have been more helpful. This is the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Lovely house, we had a fantastic time. The town is very well situated with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The little shops were also great. We were able to visit Segovia for the day, well worth the drive. The house has a beautiful garden with pool. Comfortable roomy bedrooms. Kitchen is small. We would definitely recommend this house if you are happy to eat out.

The house is wonderful, equipped with everything you could need and very clean. We had a great weekend with friends. In addition, we had very good weather, so we made the most of the pool and barbecue area, which is a plus. The tranquility of the area is also worth noting, ideal for disconnecting from the noise of the big city. Finally, I want to highlight that Mercedes is very attentive, communication with her has been excellent at all times.

This Airbnb in Ávila was a hidden gem! Super cute space, walking distance to everything, and Marta was such a responsive and helpful host. Would absolutely stay again!

A friendly, welcoming host who thinks along with you when you have a question. Likes to chat and is interested in his tenants. The cottage is perfect for a large group of friends; plenty of bathrooms, and bedrooms, a spacious living room and outside it is a matter of choosing where you want to sit. In our case, also sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. All in all a nice place to stay! Thank you Manuel!

Angel was a great host- really attentive at check in and also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment is in a perfect, central location very close to sights and quality restaurants and bars. It’s very comfortable and well appointed. In short, don’t hesitate and book it. If we come back to Madrid we’ll definitely book again !!

Just what we needed, in my case I went for a week with two babies (two years and 9 months) and it was quite comfortable for them, in addition to leaving us toys with which they entertained themselves a lot. It is a garage that was adapted from a floor/annex but has everything you need, and for this hot season there was air conditioning. The only downside I could see is that there is no ventilation or window, (only one in the main room that is more of a ventilation that leads to a basement). In general, everything is good ✔️ and it has everything you need to have a good stay.

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. We loved everything, even though the weather wasn't very good. The apartment is great, the views are spectacular and the village is just minutes away. A wonderful place to disconnect from the big city. Rosana is very nice, friendly and helpful in everything.
