Vacation rentals with lake access in San Juan Reservoir

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Communication with Sergio was smooth and efficient. Both before, during and after our stay. The house was very tidy and fully equipped. Due to the location, a car is recommended, for example for shopping, but Sergio had clearly communicated this in advance. In short: recommended!

Excellent, much better than expected. The photos don't do real justice for what you find. The area is fantastic, an urbanization in the middle of the forest with places to get lost, everything absolutely clean and green. Riachuelos, lakes, meadows with immense pinadas... absolute silence, just noise of nature. The house is perfect. We were 5 and with 3 full bathrooms we had no problem at all. The kitchen equipment is perfect, it has absolutely everything and the appliances even though they are a little old work wonder. We don't miss anything in our house. The urbanization has private surveillance 24h so you have an extra peace of mind. At no time we closed the main gate of the plot and so we saw the normal in the urbanization is that everyone leaves it open, at least during the day. The plot is beautiful, with many trees and very green. The cleanliness of the house of 10, between Airbnb and Booking I think this was one of the cleanest found

The accommodation is amazing, and is best described and a contained one bedroom apartment. It was very clean and recently renovated and refurbished. It nice located near the mountains and is ideal for walking and trekking. Natalia is an amazing host, she is super friendly, easy and she has a great personality! If in the area I would definitely stay there again! The accommodation and Natalia are both a gem !!!

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

House with all the services in Los Angeles de San Rafael, a privileged environment, near the lake with the possibility of multi-adventure activities. The hostess was super attentive, the house was perfect... although we missed the pool, which is not operational until June 1 (we were there on May 31 and it was very hot), but it did not stop us from enjoying the house, the barbecue and all the services it offered. If it comes up, we'll repeat 😊

Lovely place ☺️ that's very close to beautiful hiking trails. would definitely recommend. My partner and I talked about staying again next time we visit Manzanares.

If you really want to disconnect from the routine, this place is definitely spectacular. Apart from the fact that the house has a great location, it has many places to visit. I recommend good shoes because if you really want to explore, you have to walk. Thank you very much, everything was 10 out of 10☺️☺️☺️

Apartment in a very good location and comfortable apartment Very responsive and flexible host on schedules

We had a wonderful stay at Judicaël‘s place. We lived there for five months from January to May. The apartment is charming and comfortable and well equipped for cooking and having people over. We loved the neighborhood. It had a very local feel with lots of good grocery stores and restaurants. The proximity to Casa De Campo is amazing and made biking and hiking easy. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the centre and there are also great public transportation links. Judicaël is a pleasure to interact with. Although she no longer lives in Madrid, she is very friendly and responsive and was always available to help with any problems or questions. Highly recommend!!

Very beautiful area, the apartment is very comfortable and has a great big bed! I really enjoyed spending time on the balcony, listening to the birds.

A home that is far superior to other rentals in terms of service. The care provided with breakfast on the first day is a special touch, especially when you arrive very late at night. Secure access to the accommodation even at night before picking up the keys to the reassuring accommodation after a long trip. In short, I highly recommend it, we felt at home and would love to come back. Very caring and attentive host.

Miguel was always pending, the instructions were clear, and the place is spectacular. The apartment is well heated and despite being very cold, inside the apartment was always temperate. It is an ideal destination to disconnect from the city! I loved it!

The house is perfect to spend a few days and enjoy with friends. The outdoor area has everything you need to enjoy summer days (bbq, pool, porch, views...) as well as the game room. I would definitely choose it again!

My group of friends and I had a spectacular weekend at Silvia's house. The house is amazing and has everything to enjoy without leaving it. I would like to point out that it has a lot of areas to gather and hang out, including a living room, a porch with a BBQ, a terrace, a pool area with its chill-out... Very cool! La Bila is a treasure in the Sierra de Guadarrama. Not perfect but very good for the price, however we did not had internet until our last day

We are delighted with the stay, not only is the place perfect to disconnect and be quiet with your loved ones; but Alberto is a great host. We had an adverse event and he came in person to help us in every way he could. The place is amazing, and it has all the amenities, they take care of every detail. We are very grateful for the treatment we received, and we will definitely return!

Lovely house. Easy to live in. Felt right immediately. Beautiful area. We made lots of hikes. Daytrip to Toledo and Madrid . Had a very relaxed week.

The house is amazing, the whole group was amazed by it. It has a piece of industrial kitchen that's very useful for any type of cooking (bbq, iron, stove, oven...) and has many accessories for babies and children, really family-friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are very well equipped and spacious, we were really comfortable and we will surely stay again if we have the chance. Watch out for wasps! There are quite a few on the ceilings of the exteriors as they are made of wood. We recommend the house to any large group that is looking, it is a gem among pine forests.
