Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan Playa, Alicante

We had the pleasure of being guests at Hana’s place. She greeted us when we arrived and helped us when we left. Throughout our stay she was helpful, answering quickly and gave local and very good recommendations! This is the perfect stay for a family and has everything you need! We will for sure come back!

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

This apartment once belonged to my father and we used to spend a lot of time there. Therefore, it was of particular importance for me to spend my time here. And I am extremely pleased that everything has been transferred into such good hands. Even if it unfortunately did not work out to meet us in person, I met an incredibly warm and courteous person and host in Carlos, who responds in a friendly manner within a very short time and is absolutely reliable. The apartment and facilities were as described... and the view is and remains simply wonderful. I'd love to come back if I want to reminisce again and spend some time without crowds of tourists... and of course to water the palm tree 😉 Dear Carlos, Thank you for these "memories" and I wish you all the love and good things from the bottom of my heart

Where do I start - this Airbnb has to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at ! It looked exactly like the pictures, was so clean and spacious ! Pedro arranged balloons, cake and a bottle of cava for our arrival. We will definitely be returning again !

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment with my wife and daughter. The apartment was excellent and the residence perfect for a family stay. Salim was an amazing host and we have rarely seen such kindness! He personally helped us out twice with his private vehicle and it was always with a good heart! We recommend this apartment 100% and Salim would deserve a rating above 5 * ✨️ 😊

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all vacation. It has a special charm, the house has everything you need. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet, well-connected area. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was, with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A WA group was created in advance, in which we were provided with all the relevant information for check-in as well as great tips. Located near the airport, check-in was contactless and completely smooth. The apartment itself, especially the kitchen and bathroom, was very clean and lovingly prepared when we arrived. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, even alcohol were available for us. Surroundings is quiet and familial. The pool area was pleasant, even if there was some foliage. For Hijabis, it is good to know that the pool area is only partially secluded. The beach and supermarket are within walking distance. Car rental is still recommended. This will quickly take you to Alicante. The only criticism: The double bed is unstable, which affected my sleep a little. Daniel was always available and very helpful. Great overall stay. We will be happy to come back!

Great accommodation! Close to the tram that goes to Alicante and close to a nice beach. The apartment was super nice with a good pool and barbecue area. The host was super quick to respond to messages and was helpful. Great!

We had great holiday! really enjoyed Maria's house, beautiful and spotless clean, comfortable beds and had everything needed for our stay (we were offered clean towels and sheets, as we stayed longer) . We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easy to access. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to shop. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. Thank you for everything.

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!
