Monthly Rentals in San Juan La Laguna

Julian was very responsive and gave good recommendations! We accidentally locked ourselves out and he was quick to come to let us back in. There are steps to get up, so keep in mind if you’re coming from a big hike. But the views are well worth it!

The room was very spacious and very fragrant when we arrived. The bed was huge and so were the pillows. Good, smelly linens. There is a space with a large table and water heater. Filtered water is available. Mrs. Elena and her husband are very kind and helpful. They offered to clean the room and change linens and towels. Good internet and great location. Price is worth the price. The only observation is that the cleaning of common areas and shared bathrooms should be done more frequently.

Beautiful location and welcoming people. Just be prepared for the typical Guatemalan nighttime noises and early morning bird serenades! Comfy beds and cool weather. It was wonderful!

Host was very helpful, hot tub was a nice touch. His wife was very kind and sent us to her brothers kayak rental shop and gave us one hour for free.
