Great spot to stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The view of 3 surf breaks from the hot tub was awesome. There were a couple good places to eat within a short walk. Only minuses would be the not walker friendly zone and road noise. The walk down the dirt road was chill and the beach walking was good, but getting to other zones required an uber.

Fantastic spot for our group. We were trying to get some work and pleasure in and Maks place was perfect for that. Internet was fast in the living space and balcony but not great on the roof. The views are impecable and the rooftop is a fantastic space to lounge. Communication with Mak and his team was top notch and they were super helpful throughout our stay. As previously noted there is some construction going on next door, but we did not find this to be too inconvenient, although the music playing from the sporting courts next door was loud until at least 11pm, only mildly bothersome when inside at night. Not a super walkable area but a quick and cheap uber to most places was not a big deal, and the peace of being a bit further from downtown and the spectacular views made it well worth it. Overall would highly recommend.

I had the BEST stay here. It was peaceful & the place looked even more beautiful than the photos. There was a stunning view of the beach, it was very peaceful, I alternated between sleeping outside under the stars and sleeping inside with the AC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach vacation. I walked to hotel Ganzo one day (a 5 min walk) and had the most fun at their beach club. Ubers were so cheap and I went to restaurants nearby and downtown for the art walk (highly recommend that too!). One of my favorite vacations & if I’m ever back in Cabo, I would stay here again! Mornings began with tropical bird songs and breakfast on the sunny deck with a view of the Sea of Cortez. The bed was very comfortable, the shower luxurious, and the kitchen well-equipped for simple meals. We enjoyed a few refreshing swims in the shared pool. Erika was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Restaurants and shops in Costa Azul and San José del Cabo were just a short Uber ride away. We also rented a car to explore the area and loved visiting the nearby Palmilla public beach. The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, which made us feel safe and relaxed. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Everything is fine, the place is a bit small but a good option to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

The apartment was exactly as the photos showed which was great. Also a plus was that it has a very well stocked kitchen. We didn’t have to scramble to buy things like wine glasses or a corkscrew. We used the BBQ on the deck for red snapper one night which was a bonus. La Comer supermarket is a 3 mins drive away and you can get everything you need there. We took a lot of Ubers in the evening to go to the old town and it was never more than $5-6. Great surf spots very close…. Zippers, the rock and old man’s. While I remember, Ben was a great communicator and was incredibly flexible with both check in and check out. One of our best Airbnb stays!!

The place was very secure with all the amenities you could ask for. It was very clean and stocked with towels. The roof top pool and hot tub are beautiful with the best view of sunsets. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. It says it includes a secure parking spot, but they did not provide this. We had to park on the street. Luckily no issues with the street parking, but we had to empty the vehicle everyday. I’d definitely book again.

Our stay at the Tropical Jarden was amazing, better than expected. I was a bit nervous about our check-in as our flight was late and we arrived at night, but our host was super responsive and made the entire trip smooth. There were many extra additional surprises, toys for our toddler for the beach, super nice recommendations like the art district walk, nice beach recommendations etc. The place it self was super comfortable with a safe-private feeling like a private gated community. The tropical garden already looks wonderful and can't wait to see how it will look once it is fully finished. Thank you very much!

Loved it here!! Place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as photographed. Easy access to pool, golf and gym. Restaurants and market super close as well. We brought our 3 month old and he had a blast in the kid pool and beach. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Kylie’s place was fantastic. Right on the ocean, great restaurants within walking distance. She responded quickly to all our questions, and we loved that it came with surfboards so we didn’t have to rent. Street noise was not an issue, we barely even noticed it. Balcony was stunning.

Ana’s place was perfect for our family! It is very comfortable and spacious. It was impeccably cleaned and very well appointed. Moreover, it is very conveniently located: walking distance to the beach, as well as many shops and restaurants, and a short drive from the supermarket and other amenities. Our kids enjoyed the pool which is a step away from to the condo. There is no ocean view, but it is quiet and adjacent to the golf course. Ana was very responsive and welcoming. She gave us many recommendations and helped us find the place easily. Overall, it was the perfect “pied à terre” to explore San Jose, Cabo and its surroundings. We would love to come back another time.

WoW. ! I was thoroughly impressed with this place, which far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional with every area, including the living room, bathrooms, and even the kitchen was spotless clean. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning patio view, which offered a picturesque view of the sea, specially in the early morning hours. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area we’d stay here again!

This condo was the highlight of our trip to Cabo San Jose & Cabo San Lucas. The details were everything! It was beautifully decorated with local artists work, beautiful local plates, cups, and even down to the coffee grounds from Chiapas, Mexico. You really are at home here, everything you’d need to cook with, wash clothes with is all here and fully stocked. The location couldn’t be better. You are right at the heart of the local art district, and the district is lively Thursday with awesome arts, crafts, goods and street vendors. Of course you have your restaurants, and shops but this is an awesome mix of authentic and tourism. The rooftop pool is solar heated and a beautiful spot to catch all the action and soak in the amazing sunrise/sunset or just views in general. Our communication with our host on checking in to information on anything else we needed to know even outside of the condo was super helpful and the response time was very fast. Really the whole experience was a 10/10.
