Apartment vacation rentals in San José de Maipo

Agradecemos las indicaciones, limpieza, sobre todo los detalles de botiquín, elementos para el cuidado de la piel, recibimiento con un regalo y nombre, muchos juegos y libros. Como sugerencia; prevenir que es una zona de mucho ruido para poder prepararse para eso o en su defecto otorgar de regalo unos tapones auditivos (lamentablementecoincidió con obras y muchas fiestas de noche), dificultando conciliar y mantener el sueño. Cuando sean extranjeros, explicar que es un edificio antiguo y que ha sobrevivido muy bien a los terremotos, en este caso, mis compañeras eran de Argentina y al ver el kit sos detrás de la puerta principal, se asustaron un montón y no sabían que hacer si es que ocurría una emergencia, quizás dar mayores instrucciones sobre el uso y zonas seguras. The studio is very well located, very close to the hotels, restaurants, ticket boot and rentals. It is at the building's ground level which for me is great because Valle Nevado is at 3000 m of altitude and you do not have to go up stairs or elevators. The drawback is that it does not have mountain view, but for me it is irrelevant. The building has a storage for skiing gear and boots. On a separate note, I would recommend buying some supplies in Santiago before going up to the ski center, since the mini market at the base is very expensive and its product offering is very very limited (mainly junk food).

Lugar muy agradable, fui con mi pareja para pasar el fin de semana y la verdad a ambos nos gustó mucho. Todo muy limpio, ordenado, idéntico a las fotos. Cama muy cómoda, cocina bien equipada, baño impecable. Todo bien, sin duda volveríamos.

Such a lovely hostess who did everything to make the stay as positive as possible. We love this apartment and can’t wait to return.

Muy bueno el departamento completo y excelente ubicación si queres ir de compras al costanera mall y tenes enfrente una estación de subte donde te podes mover a todos lados. La zona tranquila y pareció segura inclusive de noche Solo Muy pocos restaurantes cercanos solo puestos callejeros y cierran muy temprano a tener en cuenta.

Logement bien situé, multiples restaurants à proximité! Bus et métro accessible rapidement. Quartier un peu bruyant. Par contre l’appartement est très bien décoré, des plante sauront vous détendre!! Merci milles fois à Jorge, très réactif et arrangeant, notamment sur notre heure d’arrivée. Je recommande!

This is a great and comfortable apartment. Nicely decorated and clean with a great view. Close to the metro and lots of eateries. Always good communication from the hosts.

Great stay. Easily accessible to the charlifts via walking or via the free shuttles which run all day and come right out front of the apartment. The staff were also extremely nice and had some great chats with them. Highly recommended

Very peaceful property that felt very safe. There were many bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The underground parking provided a very secure spot to park our car.

El departamento es PRECIOSO, tamaño ideal para dos personas, el balcón hermoso, todo limpio. No le hace falta NADA, tienes todo lo que necesitas. Estuvimos 5 días en un viaje de compras y la verdad nuestra experiencia fue excelente. A 250mts del Costanera Center, al lado de un par de cafeterías hermosas, la calle muy tranquila y a la mano de todo. Definitivamente se volvió nuestro dpto fiel pafa cuando volvamos a Santiago. Gracias a ambos anfitriones 🫶🏼estamos felices! Súper súper recomendado en todo aspecto.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

The place is very comfortable and clean. Very well located and close by to restaurants, public transport and all you need for staying or visiting. 👍👍

Apartamento amplo e espaçoso, com todos as comodidades necessárias, limpo e aconchegante. Possui calefação, o que é muito importante para os dias de frio. A anfitriã Carla muto gentil e atende prontamente. Localização excelente, com mercado e metro próximos. Região muito bonita.

We had an awesome stay! The pool is sweet. Amenities, location, and comfort were all top notch. The apartment is quiet and spacious, and the area has tons of great restaurants and is very safe. Jorge was a great host, would stay again.

Nuestra estadía estuvo muy buena, el departamento está en buena ubicación, los espacios cómodos, el lugar tranquilo y seguro. Priscilia fue buena anfitriona al enviar las instrucciones claras y responder en corto tiempo.
