Amazing place! Super nice and luxurious. The rooftop pool is the best in the area and famous in the city. It’s great because the apartment is really peaceful and quiet, but it is also very easy to make friends. The host Rob, is amazing. He told me all the best places to go and introduced me to a lot of friends, since I am staying in Asuncion for the long term. It is a much nicer building for the price than others in the area. The gym is the best , with real dumbells and a great view and the workers are extremely friendly. I had a great time

I spent some amazing days at Yolanda's place in Asunción. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need: shops, transportation and tourist attractions. The space is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for resting after touring the city. Yolanda is an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made me feel at home. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Asunción. I will definitely be back!

The place and the apartment are highly recommended as it has what is published, it is a safe, quiet place, close to shopping My stay was very nice, so I don't hesitate to come back... although everyone requires different things, Ruben is super attentive and that's important to meet some needs that arise from his guests. amazing appartement with all confort. we had a small issue when we arrived and Ruben sent us somebody to fix it straight ( less than 1 hour). Our journey was very comfortable because it is a very quite area in the night. We loved to eat in the vegan restaurant just in front. super safe as well. We fully recommend this place!!

Nice apartment, very new and clean, great area, very close to shopping del sol and paseo la galería. Francisco answers quickly. The only downside was that the wifi didn't work and I needed it to work, but I solved it by buying a prepaid chip for my cell phone. After 2 days Francisco gave us access to another wifi that did work ok.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

The stay was excellent. The apartment has everything it offers in the images. Next to a supermarket, there are also pharmacies. The place is very quiet and easy to get to the downtown area... the host is very attentive!!!

The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than one can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great coffee. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.

Our stay with Fabian and Valeria was excellent. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, they were always willing and available. In addition, every week the room was cleaned, the sheets, towels were changed, etc. The patio, pool and gym equipment were also aspects that added a lot to our stay. I recommend it!

Nickel house 👌 as described with garden, barbecue, hanging rack, nothing missing. Very quiet neighborhood We felt right at home. Alain and Carla are very responsive and very kind, we thank them very much. We will come back to their home without hesitation.
