Amazing location! Everything you could want is within 15 minutes walking distance. Safe area. There are no curtains in the living room, so if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed there is lots of light in the morning and it gets fairly warm during the afternoon. The workspace is great and internet is fast. It is mostly quiet, but you can hear airplanes, cars, and other city sounds. Ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers. The appliances worked well. There isn’t a toaster or a colander, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to cook. Cozy space. Would definitely stay again. The space

I just stayed with Viviana for a month and it was perfect. The price was great, the location in Laureles is walking distance from one of the most beautiful parks and rivers in Medellin, local food and more. It’s better than El Pablado that feels like a crowded Las Vegas strip. Laureles is a safe residential neighborhood, and the place was right next to one of the major malls in the neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again in next time. I traveled from Miami.

I had already stayed there and enjoyed it, for the security, comfort and cleanliness of the whole place. In addition, the location is very good within the city. Thank you very much. I'll be back

Very responsive host good location , very safe good service they have restaurant downstairs every morning they brought the breakfast upstairs I extended my stay and staying at there other apartments they have will definitely stay again
