The stay was excellent, Ricardo took care of us very well, always very attentive and very kind, he helped us with everything, he even rescued us from unfortunate situations we had. The accommodation is wonderful, comfortable, the area is very good, everything is very quiet. Ricardo also helped us with transportation with an acquaintance of his named Mayra who was also spectacular in her service. I have no complaints, everything worked fine.

Outstanding view, steps from the park and ocean cliff paths. Large comfortable master bedroom and bath, and viewing chair in the living room. Attention to details such as quality fan, kitchen appliances and glassware, convenient clothes washing machines and drying rack. Security guards were polite and attentive.

Kay and I were very pleased to be close to nice areas. Important point to mention is the fact that the owner reacted very rapidly and professionnally when we requested assistance. Edwin’s place was a nice apartment in Los Olivos, and within a reasonable driving distance to the LDS temple in Los Olivos which was our reason for staying in Los Olivos. We found it was easy to find, and there are some great shopping opportunities at the nearby mall. According to my wife’s family, the neighborhood is a little dangerous but this condo complex is secure with attentive security, who were very helpful and friendly. German helped us with check in and getting keys, and we enjoyed using the kitchen and were comfortable in the apartment. Highly recommend for people who want to stay in this area. Oh and there’s also plenty of Ubers in the area to get you to where you want to go.
