The apartment is spectacular, exactly as the pictures and even better. It has absolutely everything, a fully equipped kitchen! In addition, the bed and sofa bed are super comfortable! Very comfortable pillows! It has more pillows and more bedspreads available, ironing board, iron, even cables to connect cell phones, extensions, I think the review would not be enough to detail how complete it is! There is a book with recommendations and instructions. Everything is very clear! Although the area is quite busy, you can sleep peacefully, it feels safe, it is in front of San Borja and that whole area has everything and it feels very safe when walking. The wifi is good quality, and the host is super friendly and willing to fix anything that may come up! In my case, everything was fine! I definitely recommend it and I'll come back here when I return to Lima!

Juan was a really great host and accomodating. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for a couple weeks. The area is safe and Plaza Norte is a 15 minute walk, the bed is super comfortable, internet is pretty reliable and fast, the gym is dope, the desk and chair are comfortable, the kitchen is solid, the shower has hot water and the toilet has a nice flush. For the price its well worth it. There's some dog barking outside and the couch smells a bit like dog pee so I covered it with a blanket to mask it a bit. Otherwise, I have no complaints really!

The host responded quickly to my inquiries, the apartment complied with the description and was the same as the photos, everything was very nice, my stay was pleasant, I felt right at home😃

This was my first trip to Lima, Peru and I was blown away by the accommodation, responsiveness of the hosts, and the rich culture of the neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as described, and had incredible natural light. Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and the check-in process was seamless! We loved being able to walk around to local shops, supermarket, restaurant, and the paths overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing location beautiful place !

This unit is all that was advertised from the excellent location, cleanliness, responsive management, and unit description. There were four of us and there was plenty of room and independence. We are very demanding in regards to cleanliness and this unit cleared that hurdle easily aided by a mid-stay cleaning. Tere was very attentive to our comfort during our stay. Will certainly stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. It is quite well equipped for both short and long stays. The kitchen has all necessary utensils. Having a market right across the street is a big plus. It has several shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and museums nearby. The reception staff is quite friendly. Check-in is flexible and independent, which made our arrival at night easy. Brenda was very communicative and always ready to help us during our stay.

The house was in perfect condition and full of accessories to have fun. My friends and I had a great time on New Year's Eve. Definitely highly recommended!

My stay at Mrs. Betty's property was very good and positive. The room with two beds was very comfortable and perfectly clean for me and my companion. I really appreciated having a kitchen, a kettle and utensils, plus a few cooking supplies, which allowed me to save money and enjoy my own meals. The location is excellent, a few minutes from my work, which made everything even more convenient. And best of all, I always had hot water for the shower. I 100% recommend this place.

Refugio and Malena were very friendly, always attentive, a nice touch to leave assorted fruits and some cookies. I think it would be a plus to put screens on the windows and doors.

Perfect place to stay for a big family. The views are incredible and the space is carefully cared for. Safe neighborhood, perfect to enjoy the beach and the downtown of Miraflores. Excellent host.

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Use the Airbnb,to enlist me on my wedding day,because of the closeness to the church and the place for the photo shots .Ruben was very friendly and accessible as it allowed my family to enter and the makeup/hair service. I give it 10/10
