Adaya geçis çok kolay 53E otobüsü ile gidebilirsiniz. Otobüs dönüştede evin önünde bırakıyor. Bu yüzden konumda 🤩 harika

Hallo , anhand meiner Bewertung ist ja bereits erkennbar das wir sehr zufrieden waren . Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung , es war sauber und in einer Toplage gelegen . Nur ein paar Anmerkungen : 1. Es ist zwar ein Fernseher vorhanden , jedoch nur Italienischer Empfang . 2. Einige Accessoires würden das Gesamtbild wohnlicher gestalten [ Bilder ; Wanduhr etc. ] 3. Zum Wäschepaket fehlten Geschirrhandtücher . 4 Es sind keine Eierbecher vorhanden . 5 .Nachttischlampen fehlen -- > Wir haben jedoch auf Nachfrage sofort eine erhalten . Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Veronica was a great host would highly recommend her property. We were staying at her property with a group of 8 due to a wedding. Communication was great, and property was clean its very big and private.

This house in Lido was perfect to cap off our family trip in Italy. We were 9 in the group and there was ample space for all of us. The location was a short water bus ride to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. And, at the end of our activity filled days, it was great to come back to Lido where it was quiet and homey. Giovanni is a wonderful host. He was attentive to our needs and questions. He even had a welcome basket for us! We highly recommend Giovanni’s place!

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Ceneda, and it was amazing. The apartment itself is gorgeous, it was like a fairy tale truly. We had everything in the house, the kitchen was well-equipped as well as the bathroom. Not just the house, but the whole neighbourhood was so peaceful. We loved the peacocks guarding the gate and also there were two friendly cats running around the property, they were really cute! Patricia is such a sweetheart and Jacopo was so nice, always responded quickly, recommended places to see. Overall we are more than content and will surely return in the future, thank you for everything :)

Domek, w którym mieszkaliśmy jest usytuowany w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, blisko plaży (200 metrów). Parking tuż pod domem. Łatwo się również dostać promem do Wenecji. Pokoje mają bardzo wygodne łóżka. Giorgia była bardzo pomocna. Serdecznie polecamy tego gospodarza.

Das Haus wird von uns zu 100% weiterempfohlen. Danke für die Willkommensgeschenke! Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Ein großes und ruhiges Haus und trotzdem zentral. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Kunst hergerichtet. Auch die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Es stand uns das komplette Haus inkl. 4 Räder zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Het huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Venetië. Het staat in een zeer rustig straatje, heeft een eigen parkeerplek voor de deur en het omheinde tuintje is zeer veilig voor een hond of kinderen. Het huis zelf is comfortabel, schoon en compleet. Iedere ruimte heeft z’n eigen airco wat een zegen was tijdens ons bloedhete verblijf. Om de hoek van de straat stopt om de 12 minuten een tram die je direct naar Piazzale Roma brengt: ideaal! In de directe omgeving zijn eetgelegenheden maar ook supermarkten te vinden. Maar uniek aan dit verblijf is de verhuurder. Gastheer Claudio is een ware super-host! Hij spreekt zowel Engels als Italiaans, is ontzettend vriendelijk, toegankelijk en behulpzaam en staat direct voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Vraag hem bij aankomst zeker om tips want als kunst- en cultuurliefhebber weet hij je alle highlights van Venetië te vertellen. Claudio vindt het zeer belangrijk dat het z’n gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Een echte aanrader!!

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

Ca‘ delle Contesse ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, der private Saunabereich ein Highlight. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Our first visit to Venice and also last stop of a 10-days Italy trip, and I’m glad I chose to stay in Lido instead of busy central Venice. Lido island is quiet with lovely beaches, and walkable or you can catch the bus easily. Venice is 35 minutes away on a water bus and 1hr to Burano. The villa is impeccable - right on the waterfront with beautiful views of Venice at a distance and other surrounding islands. A perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on a clear day with a glass of Prosecco (offered by the host). Cleanliness, interior decorations, the sauna, washer and dryer…. All 5 💫 ⭐️ We are grateful for Fabio and Barbara’s warm and welcoming hospitality. We’d definitely come back.

Unser Familienurlaub in der Villa war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren hervorragend, sodass wir alles Nötige schnell und bequem besorgen konnten. Die Villa ist wunderschön hergerichtet und die Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt für 12 Personen. Der Garten und die Terrasse der Villa waren auch großzügig gestaltet und boten viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen und für uns Erwachsene zum Entspannen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Schmuckstück. Eine echte venezianische Villa mit Historie und Charm. - Für den Preis ist diese Villa ein Schnäppchen. Die Gastgeberin freundlich und sehr nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend und nicht mehr zu schlagen am Lido Wenn man die Villa bucht sollte einem bewusst sein, dass die Möbel und die Dekoration teilweise sehr hochwertig ist. (Vorsicht mit Kindern ist angebracht). In Summe vermittelt die Villa ein Gesamterlebnis wie man es selten findet!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.
