Monthly Rentals in San Fino

It is hard to not immediately love the tiny city of Treglio. Luigia’s place is a clean and quaint home away from home. It is very cute and cozy from the inside to outside. We love the space, the town, and fell in love with the abruzzese countryside. The place is just as described and suited our needs perfectly for day tripping around the area and eating lots of amazing food! Our hosts were eager to share local advice and were very flexible for check in and check out. We hope to return soon! Thanks for an amazing trip!

Gianluca has extensively renovated the apartment, there are new windows in all rooms, the bathroom is new and beautifully furnished, most of the furniture is also new. Basic food is available, plus plenty of coffee and breakfast accessories. Gianluca recommended good restaurants and also some information about the area in the apartment.

The bungalow is very functional, with everything you need. We chose it because it’s very close to the cycle path Via Verde. Paolo is very nice and helpful. Keep in mind you’ll have to walk for a few metres on the busy main road to reach the beach and the village, but waking up with the sea in front of you and having breakfast in a garden full of flowers is priceless!

Our stay at Catia's was very nice. She is a helpful, communicative and pleasant hostess. The place is very well located, between olive trees and with great views of the sea. The place is great, especially the bathroom with a great shower. We recommend staying with Catia in Fossacesia. Thanks for the hospitality, dear Catia.
