Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning ( not usual here) due too high expensive electricity rent prices are little bit higher. Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.
