i recommend it with my eyes closed, I loved the apartment of Paseo, the attention is excellent , they let you stay in the pool as long as you want without bulla in the evenings so as not to disturb the other apartments, everything is excellent everything is close to everything, really it is super recommended the attention at the reception very good I give this place 10/10 I was satisfied and happy , nothing bad to say about this place my first time in canarias and it was rewarding Thanks to everyone for making my stay so excellent 👍🏻

Amazing apartment, brilliant location, and lovely hosts. The apartment had everything we needed, with a perfect rooftop terrace overlooking the beach. We will be back soon.

One of -if not the- best places I have seen in my life. The host, Luis, is very friendly and very responsive and flexible. The place itself is very well placed, very clean and have the most amazing view on the island. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth it every day on the year

Great apartment with a lovely view and lovely terrace. Practical and stylishly decorated. Therapeutic sound of waves. Quiet neighborhood, right by the bus connection. SPAR store nearby. Ice cream shop right under the terrace. Great walk along the beach to Anfi Del Mar (took about half an hour, a little longer with children). The beach right outside was a bit rocky and not very kid friendly, but it didn't put any damper on the stay for us. We had an amazing week and highly recommend.

We stayed as a family with 2 young adults (16+18) at Easter in this uniquely beautiful apartment. It was perfect, the kitchen fully equipped, large fridge-freezer, everything there for the first few days (coffee, tea, taps, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.); beach towels, umbrella, games for the beach, washing machine in the apartment, etc. Right on the beach, the location breathtaking🏝️, only a little windy - but great waves 🏄🏻‍♂️ We felt very comfortable 😎😎😎😎

Superbly beautiful location! Quiet neighbors (mostly owners). Good basic amenities! Couch can be easily converted into bed. Always pleasant communication with Nathalie/Eric/Katharina possible and prompt and friendly response (e.g. with poorly functioning drain in the sink of the bathroom, handyman who has achieved some improvement). Small drawback that the window of the bedroom does not lead directly to the outside due to the design, but through the kitchen. The quietness and the location with fascinating sunsets has balanced all the little things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Isabel and Ricardo’s place as a great base to explore Gran Canaria. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed; water and a bottle of wine on arrival were a nice welcome touch. We appreciated our hosts being at the apartment to meet us and sharing local recommendations. Having access to the pool was great and we enjoyed using the bikes to get around. The apartment is well placed with beaches, restaurants and shops within easy reach and local buses available for trips further afield.

We like the house, there Is everything you need for comfortable holiday. There is silence, you can park your car behind the house, you can swim on the beach near the house, 5minutes walking, you can eat your food in the sunny terrace. It is good starting point for the treks in mountains. Thank you that we could be there.

We had a lovely stay at this bungalow, beautiful location, lovely garden with private terrace for sunbathing and eating outside. Fabulous sea view. Outstanding! A cosy apartment that feels like a real home, with absolutely everything you need, spectacular views of the ocean (and best sunsets), a parking spot 1 step from the entrance, natural pools only 5 mins away. Jorge was super helpful and nice and I have never had any other host before reacting to messages within a few minutes, at any time of the day. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay at this beautiful bungalow, the location, the amenities just everything was perfect! Zen and Wolfgang were so incredibly sweet and accommodating, we felt right at home. The location is right on the sea with a wonderful view! We will definitely come back here, absolutely recommended!!!

For those who want to stay out of the hustle and bustle, this apartment is highly recommended. The apartment is neat, fully and cleanly organized. The bathroom is very modern. Communication with Virginia is good in every way.

Fantastic weekend! The house is in a great location, in a quiet area near a shopping center and a few minutes' walk from the beach. Katia made us find the place clean and tidy, she was very helpful and friendly. We look forward to coming back

We have just returned from a lovely week away in Carmens apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of added extras oils,seasoning, Foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc. The wine and water were gratefully received 😊. Communication from Carmen was exceptional and when I requested a taxi to take us to the airport this was organised promptly. The complex is lovely excellent pool and lots of sun beds, easy access to the beach. A few restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bigger selection in Bahia Feliz which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away along the coast or 5 mins by bus. I would fully recommend booking and will be likely to return in the future

Tastefully renovated apartment and well tidy and clean!!!!

Silvia is a charming host, I stayed with a friend for 10 days in this apartment, it has a 2nd bedroom at the top of the gallery. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, small balcony, everything tip top as in the photos in a great complex with pool by the sea. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Heinz Gasser from Switzerland

The place was well equipped and cleaned. Since the garbage box in front of the house was completely destroyed, we had to look for disposal options. Otherwise it was a nice stay, the location of the apartment was great.
