Beachfront vacation rentals in San Fernando, Maspalomas

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s house. He is a wonderful friendly host that replies really fast if you have a question. The house is spacious and it has a cute garden with total privacy. The walking distance to the south of Playa del Ingles and the dunes was good with 15 minutes, the east beach was closer, it was a short walk to Yumbo center and there was a bus stop next to the house for a direct bus to the airport or Las Palmas, the capital. We kept saying to eachother that we booked a perfect house on the best location we could think of. Also the pool is great, with barely anyone else using it. Most days we had it for ourselves. We would definitely recommend this house.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die einen sehr privaten Außenbereich bietet. Die gesamte Bungalowsiedlung ist gepflegt, gärtnerisch bestens in Schuss. Die beiden Pools hatten wir fast allein. Waren nur 4 Tage in der Unterkunft, kommen gern wieder. Perfekt zum Entspannen und/oder für Ausflüge in Maspalomas usw. Bushaltestelle in 3 Gehminuten, div. Einkaufscenter fußläufig. Carmelo ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der versucht alles möglich zu machen für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Wir haben uns während unseres mehrtägigen Aufenthalts Ende Februar sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos war hervorragend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Unterkunft hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was für uns für unseren Kurzurlaub erhofft hatten. Wir konnten selbst etwas kochen, aber auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe finden. Wir haben die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr genossen und interessiert dem regen Fährbetrieb zugeschaut. Alles in allem hat uns Wohnung, Ort und Lage sehr gefallen, so dass wir sicherlich wieder dort Zuflucht suchen würden, sobald es uns wieder nach Gran Canaria führt.

Todo fenomenal! Manoj nos recibió muy amablemente y nos explicó y recomendó sitios por la isla. Todas las mañanas tiene el detalle de acercarnos el pan de su panadería. El apartamento estaba muy bien localizado y equipado. Nos ha encantado!

Wij verbleven de afgelopen 10 dagen in het mooie appartement van Kim. Aan alles is gedacht, het voelde echt als thuiskomen. Je merkt gelijk dat hier veel tijd en liefde ingestoken wordt. Het contact verliep heel goed en we kregen ook wat leuke tips. Wij hebben erg genoten en willen graag een keer terug komen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, abseits vom Massentourismus, und man hört das beruhigende Rauschen des Meeres. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Bianca, die Gastgeberin. Sie war unglaublich fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Vorab hat sie uns viele tolle Tipps geschickt – von schönen Stränden über gute Restaurants bis hin zu interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Gran Canaria. Einige davon haben wir ausprobiert und waren begeistert! Auch die Umgebung lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Notre séjour était magnifique, l’appartement était dans un état impeccable très propre et bien rangé. Près de la plage et le parking privé est très utile même si il y a très souvent de la place pas très loin. Nous avant passé de super belles vacances merci

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

Die Wohnung und natürlich die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick war grandios. Es war alles da und bei Problemen könnte man sich zu jeder Zeit bei der lieben Conny melden. Vielen Dank für alles.

Super schöner Ausblick auf das Meer und nicht zu langer Weg an den Strand. Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus an Nachbarorte zum Essen gehen abends. Hatte von der Ausstattung alles, was man sich wünschen kann und Jurga war super hilfsbereit.

Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Blick direkt auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, hat alles was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist top, der Strand ist greifbar nah. Ob der Umgebung gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent 10 night stay. Apartment is on top floor of a quite apartment block. Good location, 5 minutes to Yumbo centre, about 10 minutes to the beach promenade. 20 minute stroll gets you to the dunes. Bus stops very nearby so hire car not needed. Everyone I met at the complex during my stay was friendly and always said hello. Good standard of furniture & fittings, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed and I slept very well. Large balcony with sea view. I was met on arrival by Pedro's partner and although I was early I was able to check in straight away and he took time to show me around the apartment. Communication with Pedro was very good from time of booking through to departure. I enjoyed my stay and left refreshed and relaxed. I visit the resort several times a year and if Pedro's apartment is available for future visits then I wouldn't hesitate to rebook, not least because it is such good value for the standard of the apartment and it's location. Highly recommended.

Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Strand am sauberen Atlantik. In der Wohnung hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Feeling like Home. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise war das Ambiente in näheren Umgebung privat, keinerlei Anzeichen von Massentourismus. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Sollte uns eine weitere Reise nach Gran Canaria werden fragen wir sicherlich bei Juan an.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Bei Ankunft waren auch Wasser und kleinere Snacks verfügbar. Der Panoramaausblick bis zu denn Dünen war faszinierend. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir zu jeder Zeit problemlos parken. Parkplätze waren immer ausreichend vorhanden. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

La casa è molto confortevole e spaziosa. Nella cucina c'è ampia disponibilità di stoviglie, lavastoviglie e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, dispone inoltre di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Vicino alla casa c'è una bellissima passeggiata sul lungomare. Victor è un host molto disponibile e risponde immediatamente a tutte le richieste. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Bel appartement avec de belles prestations, décoré avec goût et une superbe vue sur l'océan .Situé à proximité des plages et des commerces , le logement correspondait à nos attentes .A notre arrivée, il manquait le linge de toilette pour les enfants et quelques couverts, mais Judith a su être très réactive pour nous apporter ce qu'il manquait dès le lendemain. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour passer des vacances paisibles tout en restant à proximité des attractions de la région.
