We also loved that it was just a few steps away from a very peaceful and quiet beach. The caretaker is also very responsive and nice. Would definitely book again when I go back to La Union!

Grace's place is a gem. A piece of calm when San Juan is bursting of life and energy. A huge plus for a group of friends in their late 30s. Totally clean and complete amenities. The caretakers are responsive, helpful and hospitable. Also, the location is near everything so we didn't worry abt parking or transportation. Will definitely be back! Thank you Grace and team.

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! The place is sulit! accessible to palengke, grocery shop and other fastfood chains. Okay also yung accommodation itself, rooms, kitchen and CRs. Basic kitchen utensils are available pero if you’re cooking big batches need to bring your own kawali and kalderos. Okay din yung neighborhood, hindi maingay and we did nit encounter a problem naman during our stay.

The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean—every corner spotless and truly up to my standards. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to grilling tools and even condiments. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. When we needed extra chairs, they provided them right away. Even the caretaker and guards were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The best part? The beach was just a stone’s throw away! Plus, the house itself was very aesthetic—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Highly recommend!

Chino was accomodating and quick to respond to our queries. There's also Ate Lorie, the housekeeperl. She is nice and helpful. She gave us directions and tips on how to go to places we wanted to visit (esp. if you will ride the jeep since it is cheaper). The place is peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. We like its vibe — cozy and nostalgic. It also runs in solar power which was useful when we experienced a whole day brownout. We're comfortable despite the heat outside. The beach is just a minute walk from the house and far from the busy crowd of Urbiztondo. It's also cleaner and calmer as there are only few resorts nearby. We got to enioy the beach for ourselves. As much as we wanted to stay longer at this house, we needed to go home. Definitely coming back to this place and recommending it to others who want to visit San Juan, La Union.

This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. Our stay at Grace's Airbnb was simply wonderful, and she is truly an outstanding host. From the moment we booked, Grace was incredibly responsive, making communication effortless and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space, how thoughtfully equipped everything was, and the clear instructions for check-in. Grace genuinely goes above and beyond – she provided excellent local recommendations, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, andwas always available for questions without being intrusive. The home was perfectly situated for exploring the beach and easy access spots if you have a vehicle. It felt like a true home away from home. We cannot recommend Grace enough. Lucas was extremely friendly and helpful as the host. He communicated instructions and directions well and was proactive in his email responses. The place is located minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and bars. Our group had a wonderful two-day stay and won't hesitate to book it again.

Choosing Casa Dreaming was one of the best decisions we made in planning our LU outing. It fit all of us cousins in one house and provided us easy access to a clean beach. Everything was superb from comfortable rooms with CR each to balconies with perfect views, to big common areas for chilling. Honestly, most corners of the house are very picturesque so even without a scheduled activity, anyone could just go around and take photos for fun. Having a nice place to stay is not the only reason why Casa Dreaming is so nice. The owners themselves (Jek and Steffi) are the very reason you should choose this Airbnb. They are very accommodating and patient to all our requests/questions. Other than the owners, the Airbnb staff (Bim) was also very kind to us. Great service was provided to us by Bim even outside Casa Dreaming and when we accidentally left items in the house, he made sure to give it back to us. Will definitely recommend this place especially for big groups! You’ll enjoy for sure!

It’s best for a family to stay. There’s a lot of bed. I think it’s better if you included towels. We can cook and even grill. There’s a sufficient bathroom and washroom. The area near the market so you save on food. Overall it’s great!

Leonora was more than what we were expecting. We enjoyed the place and was what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The place was enough for a barkada of 14. We had 4 dogs with us and they had lots of room to run in. It’s safe because of the extra locks for the doors and windows. The beds were enough. There were 2 spacious bathrooms for everyone to use, simultaneously. The kitchen had all you need plus extra snacks to purchase in case you forget yours. Patrick and Glory were very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay there again and we recommend others to stay. :)

It was a wonderful stay even for a very short period of time. Very accommodating and responsive host. She helped us find the place because the directions in the app aren’t accurate. Very clean and spacious house. Though, maybe additional toilet or bathroom would be helpful to accommodate large groups. But overall, great peaceful place. Worth the recommendation.

Harvy's place is much better in actual than in photos. It's such a beautiful space to relax with family most especially if there are kids. The house is spacious and is well maintained. Highlight for me is the private pool and the wide kitchen. Ms Anna is responsive and provided everything we need. The place is private and kind of far from restaurants and fast food but they have a designated errand person who can buy necessities. They also have a full kitchen where guests can cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

The place is a peaceful, secluded spot, perfect for relaxing and yet still accessible to key areas in La Union. It strikes a great balance between privacy and convenience. Anna was a very responsive and friendly host, always quick to reply and very understanding. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Loved Aki's place. The property has a lot of "spots". A front terrace-ish spot with chairs facing the beach connected to the main bedroom, a cozy veranda, and a bonfire area with chairs, not to mention the 2 bedrooms they have. Loved the cozy and comfy feeling it gave us. The beach is literally just in front of you, a laid-back ocean waves. The parking area is just 1 minute away. As a Pinoy, a generous set of cookware and utensils is definitely a plus! Comfy pillows, beds, and cold AC. I actually did not expect both rooms to have their own smart television... not a necessity, but they went extra for that. The caretaker, ate Rachel is also kind and nice! The entire place is so spacious! If we ever need to go back to Bauang again sometime soon, we will definitely book here again. What you see is what you get!

We had a fantastic stay at Liza’s place! The house was incredibly spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms—one with its own bathroom, and the other two sharing a well-maintained restroom. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for our group to relax, bond, and enjoy meals together. Outside, there was plenty of parking space, outdoor benches for lounging, and even a BBQ area which is great if you’re planning to grill. It’s a great setup for groups or families looking to unwind and spend quality time. Liza was also very accommodating and even helped us get drinking water during our stay, which we truly appreciated. We had a restful and enjoyable vacation, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in La Union! Highly recommended!
