Vacation rentals with beach access in San Felipe

Good place to stay!

For its price, we had a great time at Ugalde’s Coastal Cabins as almost all the usual Airbnb amenities are there. I want to highlight that they have complete kitchenware, dinnerware, and towels, which some Airbnbs unfortunately lack despite their higher prices! We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee and chocolates. Our group of friends were the only ones at the place, and we had a really peaceful stay. The parking area is also spacious. We will definitely go back because the place is peaceful, providing the rest you need after a tiring day at the beach, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from the shore. Kudos to Mommy Lydia, the owner, and Jennifer, the host — they were very responsive and replied immediately.

Very recommended ko tong place na to! Lalo na kung gusto nyo relaxing. Malayo sa kaliwa’t kanan na videoke. 5mins walk lang from dagat. Mababait yung staff and they will find ways kung may kulang kang gamit. Pinahiram kami ng cooler since madami kaming yelo na need. Malamig yung aircon from kwarto to sala. Pinaka gusto ko ay complete yung kitchenware. From plates to kasirola! Ang smooth lang ng transaction and responsive si onwer.

I had a great stay at this. The location was excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I was looking for. If you're looking for a memorable group getaway in Pundaquit, this is the place! The outdoor space with the barbecue setup was fantastic for evenings with family and friends, all under the shade of a wonderful mango tree. Being able to walk to the beach in minutes was incredibly convenient. With three rooms and a shared kitchen/dining area, it's perfectly set up for comfortable reunions and big gatherings. We made some great memories here!

Rose is highly responsive. As a first-time user of the app, I initially made some mistakes, but the host guided me through the booking process with clear instructions. The place lived up to our expectations, providing everything we needed in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a nearby store where essentials like ice and charcoal are readily available. The caretakers are easy to reach and accommodating with requests. The beach itself is serene—uncrowded, clean, and truly peaceful.

Our stay was excellent, Shayne was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Checking out fat belly deli is also a must!

Although the place is a bit far from Liw Liwa beach, overall we had a great stay! Melissa was very responsive to my queries and gave clear directions on how to get there—she even went above and beyond with their service. Rhan, the caretaker, was also very helpful and even built us a sunshade at the beach since we had a kid with us. Definitely planning to stay here again!

Heidi was very responsive and friendly to meet us upon check in. The house is spacious and perfect for my family and siblings. The view on the 3rd floor is amazing and a cool spot to play pool table, cook, dine and just hang out. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. We all loved the house in Subic!

One of our favorite Airbnb's! The place looks exactly as the photos and the attention to detail in making guests comfortable with their stay is top notch. Isay was a great host and so is her caretaker, Ate Jamaica. Very easy to talk to and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again. 🥰

Great experience. The unit is very nice, calm, and cosy as described and on the pics. It is well located with many restaurants around. No issue with car parking. Definitely i recommend the place. Rossana is very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.

Leah was easy to coordinate with despite me not being able to attend due to an emergency.
