La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli, attrezzata con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il giardino è ampio, ben tenuto e completamente recintato, ideale anche per chi viaggia con animali.A disposizione anche una bella piscina e un barbecue per piacevoli momenti all’aperto. La casa dispone di tre bagni, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato per la comodità. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mara, la proprietaria, sempre disponibile e gentilissima.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

We loved the design of the apartment & hosts’ hospitality. The backyard and the pool are wonderful! Recommend anyone staying here.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

Merci beaucoup. Le logement de Maria Rosa était très coquet et confortable. Maria Rosa nous a très bien accueillis malgré notre retard et nous a gâté de gâteaux et boissons. Le jardin avec les oiseaux est très agréable aussi. Un grand merci.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und der schöne kleine Garten, indem man sich vom Sightseeing erholen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Il signor Danilo e sua moglie sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili. La casa è esattamente come viene descritta, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare in serenità.

Alberto è un host attento, puntuale, cordiale, molto reattivo e sempre disponibile oltre ad essere una persona socievole con la quale avere interessanti conversazioni. la casa è molto grande e comoda adatta a gruppi di più persone. Noi eravamo due famiglie e siamo stati benissimo. 4 ampie camere due bagni completamente rifatti, una comoda zona living e una cucina ben fornita e abitabile. Il giardino è stupendo, la proprietà è in mezzo alla campagna in una oasi di pace ma comunque molto vicina al centro abitato e a poca distanza da Parma, Reggio e Modena. Consigliatissimo!

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

We had a wonderful peaceful week at this lovely country house. Giacomo and Julia are lovely hosts, helping us with all our queries and needs, also recommendation for restaurants in the area. It's only 5 minutes drive from Calindero, supermarkets and so. and about 20 min from Bologna. It was a perfect place to stay outside the city and still be close enough. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!
