Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

We had an amazing stay in Terry's AirBnB in Baguio! The house was perfect for our big family — there were enough beds and rooms for everyone, making it easy for each of us to sleep and rest comfortably. The multiple showers and comfort rooms were such a big help, especially for a group our size. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our meals freely, and there was a spacious dining area where we could all gather, eat, bond, and chill together. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly hospitable — they catered to our requests, promptly attended to our needs, and accommodated any concerns we had throughout our stay. Their warmth and responsiveness made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place to big families or groups looking for a cozy, spacious, and welcoming home in Baguio!

The place was perfect for our group of 5 and a baby, spacious and has the amenities we need. Michaela & Julien were quick to respond to my queries and they're very nice. Wifi was fast and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The only problem was the location. It was quite a drive from the city proper and since it's our first time in Baguio so we had no idea how steep the roads were and how bad traffic is. But overall, it was still a good stay at Michaela's place. Thank you.

Very nice place, especially for a big group like we have, lots of room even though we have the highest floor, we still enjoyed the little workout. Billy is a very outstanding host, he definitely won't disappoint you when you need help on any issues. Definitely going back to this place whenever im in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa in Manaoag, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was immaculately clean, with perfect bedrooms and luxurious linens that ensured a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The crystal-clear pool was a highlight, and we appreciated the extra attention to cleanliness as the pool water was changed twice during our stay. The villa itself was cleaned twice, maintaining its pristine condition throughout our visit. The quiet surroundings made it an ideal retreat. The staff’s diligence in maintaining the villa’s cleanliness and amenities was truly commendable. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway and look forward to returning if we visit Manaoag again.

Generally, the property was superb. The host and their katiwala is super accomodating and responsive when you have concerns. Few areas to improve. Landmarks for the location. Don’t trust waze. Just call their katiwala once you get near the landmarks so you don’t get confused. Naghanap kami sa property for like an hour. Maybe give more landmark like yung blue water tank ng Manaoag (right side), if you see that you’ll be near the property. The shortcut road going to the property is super rough, if you have a car like us (Vios) I highly suggest ask for the road na hindi rough. It’s just 1km or 1.5km far from the property but your engine will thank you. Super mabato ang road. Water line. Hindi naman super hina ng pressure ng water, isolated lang siguro yung case namin na nawalan kami ng tubig during our stay. But the host and their katiwala was accomodating to address our concern kahit sobrang gabi na. Overall super bait nila and accomodating, they even gave us a box of mangga 😁
