Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

Nice, clean and utilitarian. Had everything needed for a short stay, and little details. I liked that the window kept the noise of the road out. Appartment is a little smaller than expected. Balcony is a big plus.

Very clean and i feel home in the unit very comfortable and nice view the place was easy to reach since the location is a long the highway and what you saw in the picture is what you saw on personal and easy access in mini market and jeep if i will back to baguio i will recommended this but i hope soon they have refrigerator

We enjoyed our stay.! We love the unit, it was so homey, ramdam tlga with the fog and everything. Convenience store and some kainan are really accessible, also with the transporation. On top of it, Maam Sheena and Sir Jerome were very responsive, and accommodating. They helped us in all our queries with no hassle, from booking to checkout. What i love about them is they were proactive. They told us when we arrived that there was a concern with the TV remote, and they assisted well. Will be back! Super recommended to have this airbnb ✨🤗

The place is exactly as it looks in the picture. Clean, peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Also the place is very accesible, few minutes away from city proper. We enjoyed our stay here. Our family had a great night staying at the place. The care taker is very accommodating and respectful. It felt like home, even without a/c there is electric fan for the kids and enjoyed the cold breeze. Place is big considering how playful the kids, still we don’t feel limited. Very nice place, especially for a big group like we have, lots of room even though we have the highest floor, we still enjoyed the little workout. Billy is a very outstanding host, he definitely won't disappoint you when you need help on any issues. Definitely going back to this place whenever im in the area.

Generally, the property was superb. The host and their katiwala is super accomodating and responsive when you have concerns. Few areas to improve. Landmarks for the location. Don’t trust waze. Just call their katiwala once you get near the landmarks so you don’t get confused. Naghanap kami sa property for like an hour. Maybe give more landmark like yung blue water tank ng Manaoag (right side), if you see that you’ll be near the property. The shortcut road going to the property is super rough, if you have a car like us (Vios) I highly suggest ask for the road na hindi rough. It’s just 1km or 1.5km far from the property but your engine will thank you. Super mabato ang road. Water line. Hindi naman super hina ng pressure ng water, isolated lang siguro yung case namin na nawalan kami ng tubig during our stay. But the host and their katiwala was accomodating to address our concern kahit sobrang gabi na. Overall super bait nila and accomodating, they even gave us a box of mangga 😁

The host was very responsive, and the instructions were clear. Baguio has a strict smoking policy, so we appreciated being able to smoke on the balcony. Just be sure to properly dispose of your cigarette butts in the designated garbage bin to prevent any smell from getting into the room.
