Quedamos 2 semanas maravillosas en la casa de Reyna! La casa es muy agradable, es perfecto para sentirse como a casa. Reyna es disponible para compartiri muchas cosas : caminatas, mercado, descubrir la ciudad, comidas... Recomendamos a 100% !

fue una estancia muy agradable, se encuentra muy céntrico, reservamos el mismo día y muy amablemente nos recibieron super proto ya que el lugar es un hotel, hubo una confusión con la habitación resevada pero muy amablemente ellos solucionaron , quedamos encantados con la estancia, super accesibles a la hora de llegar y a la hora de salir. sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar en esta estancia ☺️

Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí bienvenida y apreciada. Las instalaciones son acogedoras y han sido cuidadas con gran atención al detalle. El servicio fue excepcional; el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar y asegurar que mi estancia fuera cómoda. Si bien no hubo inconvenientes significativos durante mi visita, valoro su compromiso con la excelencia y su disposición para recibir comentarios. Definitivamente considero regresar en el futuro y recomendaré Casa Azabache a mis amigos y familiares. Gracias nuevamente por todo. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Todo bien con el lugar céntrico y caminando llegas a todas partes, el único detalle que tuvimos fue el único día que tuvimos para subir a la terraza que tiene una vista genial no estábamos haciendo realmente ruido, risas, pláticas y nos llamaron la atención eran las 8 de la noche por lo cual si quieren tener un momento de convivió no lo pueden hacer en este lugar si lo quieren usar como base para los tours y descanso es el lugar ideal.

Buena ubicación a 4 cuadras del zócalo, muy tranquilo, únicamente que el estacionamiento está fuera del hotel, y el restaurante también, está chica la habitación pero cuenta con todos los servicios.

Ha sido una bonita experiencia, un hotel diferente porque se encuentra dentro de un museo, lo que lo hace especial. Tiene un toque antiguo, lo que lo transporta a uno a otros tiempos, pero siempre conservando la comodidad. Además la comida es muy rica pues los ingredientes son de sus propias huertas. Sin duda volvería.

Sergio is an exceptional host! Very friendly and accommodating to every need and question we had. We had a fabulous boat tour with him up into the Sumidero Canyon, which was breathtakingly beautiful and memorable. He is very knowledgeable about the surroundings and had delightful recommendation’s for restaurants and sightseeing in Chiapa de Corzo. We didn’t have our own vehicle, but getting into town was very accessible with Didi (similar to Uber) and local taxis. The room was very clean, excellent comfortable bed, and shower pressure was superb. Kitchen was spotless and the property is lush and green and well taken care of. We felt very safe. It’s private without feeling isolated. We were the only guests for the two nights we stayed which was also very relaxing. We will be back one day hopefully soon!
