Niclas and Jason were super quick to respond and easy to communicate with, the place is clean, safe/secure, and even better than the photos, and you can walk to (or easily catch a bus to) everything you could ever want or need. Jason hooked us up with local tips and an exceptional tour guide. The courtyard on the property is amazing; perfect temperature pool, new grill, hammocks, tables, lawn chairs, and even a lookout tower with a view. The surrounding areas were loud and busy until about 10-11pm, so if you like to go to bed early, this might not be the best place for you. We loved it and will be sure to tell our friends and family. Extra bonus if you can rent all three units on the property at once with a group and have the property to yourselves, but even if you don’t there is still plenty of space and amenities to share and have privacy.

We stayed for 1 week at Salty Breeze. We loved the space- it was the perfect size for our family of 5 (including two kids and one grandparent). It was in a perfect spot in Tulemar- monkeys came to the balcony daily and we could see them from our (gigantic) shower window as well! Our concierge, Fabian, was amazing and planned all of our excursions and dinners for us. He responded to us at any time of the day or evening and helped with whatever we needed (taxis to dinner, etc). You can walk from Tulemar to several restaurants as well as the grocery store. There is transportation available throughout the resort and to get to the beach, or you can walk. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend staying here at Salty Breeze.

We were extremely happy with this rental. Beautiful view, private location. We are normally adventurers and while this property is centrally located and provided easy access to everything in the area, our favorite part was relaxing by the pool and taking in the sweeping coastline views.

We absolutely loved staying at Johnny's place! After the first quiet, comfortable night as we lingered over coffee on the patio watching the hummingbirds, we decided to change our plans and stay a little longer. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need provided. We especially loved all the outdoor space and spending evenings watching birds with drinks on the rooftop (we saw Yellow Throated Toucans and Montezuma Oropendola right from the deck!). The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. 15/10 we'll be back!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Casa Alta Vista. The home was very clean and well maintained. Because the house was so beatiful that we ate all of our local fish dinners at home. The kitchen was well appointed and had the oils and spices we needed. Small stuff but it matteres when you are traveling long distances. Can not say enough about the house, the view and the Domenical area. Loved it all.

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

This place was amazing! Such a convenient location, walking distance from lots of food options and a quick drive to the national park and beaches. Staff were super available, helpful and friendly. It felt very safe and secluded, the area is gated and the houses are all very privately located. The pool was perfect and the place looks exactly like the photos. We saw lots of wildlife from the comfort of our back porch. The free breakfast was a great perk too since food is not cheap around there! The price is a bit of a splurge but you definitely get what you pay for. 100% would choose this place again.

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.
