The accommodation matches the description, Mary is very attentive and the location is very good, both for nearby and accessible transport and for nearby shops. The place is very safe, both the block and the neighborhood. It's true that the apartment is small, but for one or two people it does the job. The only thing that could be improved would be the functionality of the kitchen area, because for long stays it does become too small to be able to cook something more elaborate, the space is very small in this regard. The hot water tank doesn't last long, so the shower has to be very quick. Otherwise, everything was good. I'd come back. The donuts were very good, thank you very much :)

If you ever want to visit Lima and you want a cosy place to stay that hits all three criteria this is your place- it’s a very good price, it’s in a perfect location and it’s a lovely place. I would definitely stay here again- Benjamin was very communicative and a great host.

I loved the pool, its cleanliness, and the space it had—enough to fit a whole family of 8. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. The pool maintenance and weekly clean were the perfect additions to our stay. Apart from a few bugs in the house coming from the outside, everything was well, and I would definitely stay in that house again.

Alvaro and his mom were very friendly to us, even giving us a check-in that suited us. The place is very nice, quiet and without much noise from an avenue. The place is really designed for 2 people, but thanks to an additional folding bed we were able to accommodate 3 people. I had no problems during the stay and Alvaro always answered all the questions we had on time. Thank you very much and I hope to return!

Excellent stay at a Chinese person's house. He's very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfasts were delicious. The house has all the amenities and they also lend you umbrellas for the beach. It's super close walking to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommended! Thank you!!

The location is unbeatable, close to everything, it is a central area close to the metro station, restaurants, shopping malls and very close to districts such as Miraflores and Barranco. Pachi is an excellent host. When I go back to Lima for sure I'll take the room again

Very cheap place to stay with a helpful host that responded fast. You do have to accept that for that price you do not get much luxe. The matrass should be replaced because it is very old and damaged. Also the toilet was a bit weird. Nevertheless, everything was cleaned. New sheets and a cleaned bathroom. If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep in Miraflores, it has what you need.
