Great price for value. Apartment is clean and located 10min away from most trendy neighborhoods (quick uber away). Have stayed here multiple times; they were also very helpful in doing an early checkin.

The apartment was far more than what I could have expected for a business trip – from the location to the cleanliness to Rocío’s attentiveness to respond to all of my inquiries in a heartbeat. Rocío’s kindness really stood out as she made sure we were okay upon an earthquake having taken place. Furthermore, the fact that two full bathrooms are available came in very handy. Finally, all instructions – to check-in, to dispose the waste, to get in and out the apartment – were crystal-clear and intuitive.

It has everything you need to feel at home, from the facilities to kitchen utensils, which makes the stay very practical and pleasant. Ideal to rest or work with peace of mind. The host was very friendly, attentive from the first moment and always attentive to our comfort. He responded quickly and clearly to any questions or queries. The commitment to providing a good guest experience is evident. We felt very welcome for the entire stay. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Very satisfied with the stay. The place is located in a wonderful part of Lima that is safe and convenient. Grocery store at a walkable distance, ocean view, large terrace with a superb grill. The bed is comfortable, as is kitchen, stocked up with everything you need to cook a decent meal, or make that morning coffee. During our stay, we actually were able to cook some fantastic meals on that kitchen and feel ok while doing that. We all know how tricky cooking on someone else's kitchen can become :) Overall, we loved our stay. Monica is an outstanding host who takes care of you as if you were a part of her own family. We loved Lima, we loved Peru and Peruvian food, but most of all, we loved beautiful Peruvian people and relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Excellent apartment. Clean and organized, with the essentials for a comfortable stay as well as a great location for eating out, walking and socializing.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very impeccable and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

We loved our stay in Barranco! The place was clean, had a great view of Lima, and is located in a great area. The host was very responsive and proactive in communicating. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer!

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.
