Situated on nine acres of secluded land, this 1970s home is enveloped by desert scenery dotted with Joshua Trees, cacti, and other native flora. We highly recommend getting around by a private car. Ride services are scarce and would be more expensive.

Our Joshua Tree Sunshine Bungalow is situated on 1 and 1/4 acres in the city of Joshua Tree. We are located 15 minutes from the West Entrance to the park, and only 9 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, with all of its fun and quirky spots. There are two large beautiful trees that shade the bungalow. Incredible views and wide open spaces. The entire home and the acre and 1/4 are yours to roam. I leave you to yourself, but am not too far away, and happy to answer any questions you may have via text or email. The neighborhood is quiet, with most houses being on an acre or more of land. Restaurants, shops, and cafes in town are a short drive away, as is the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. You will want your own vehicle to get around. If there are any additional people in your group that are not disclosed, there will be an additional fee charged per person. No pets allowed.
