Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

The house is very nice, clean and colorful. The services work perfectly, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. There are many food places and shops nearby. It is very well located, we can easily get to Progreso and also to downtown. We'll be back soon for sure.

I stayed here for 6 months - the place is very comfortable and the location is convenient, safe, and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful, the internet is fast, and the hosts are very responsive. The water takes some time to heat up in the showers, but is otherwise comfortable in the Merida heat. Caro and Vic were wonderful hosts and I highly recommend staying at this location for short or long term stays.

The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures and description. The cleanliness of the place, as well as the directions were very accurate, and we were able to communicate easily with the hosts. A very nice place with nearby roads that allowed us to reach different places quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Juan Pablo’s Airbnb! The house was in an excellent location—just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk to downtown, where we found great restaurants and even a nice beachside spot we loved. The area is very friendly and welcoming, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. Juan Pablo was an exceptional host—always attentive and making sure everything was perfect. He stayed on top of everything, from keeping the pool clean to providing fresh linens. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this area, and we highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Juan Pablo!

The house is just as shown in the photos, very beautiful and very comfortable for the whole family. The beach is really very private, you have to take into account wearing water shoes because it has a lot of shells The pool is very comfortable and the internet is as fast as mentioned in the description Monica was super nice, attentive and answered all questions It is definitely a very nice place if you want to spend quiet days with the family. It is 25 minutes from Progreso and a couple of kilometers away there are Oxxos

The house is very comfortable and safe, it has all the amenities to enjoy the stay, the pool is not very big but it is the ideal size to enjoy with family and friends, the beach is close to the house, it is pure sand and the place is very quiet, the truth is that it is 100% recommended.

the house is very comfortable and cozy. we spent pleasant moments with family in the pool and bar area. it has a very nice outdoor dining area that was our favorite place. ample ground to play football. maybe a volleyball net would have been great. the most important thing the bardeada area above all that my chihuahua teamed us and there was no risk that it would be lost. the kitchen was great, we were able to prepare everything since there are no restaurants nearby, but in the nearby village and in the shop we came up with everything. excellent. my children and parents loved it

A very nice house, spaces for all times, well-equipped kitchen and living room as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms, you will not regret spending a weekend in this beautiful place.

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

The accommodation was the same as it was in the photos, the area was very nice, pleasant and close to everything. We had a supermarket nearby that meant we didn't have to leave the house because we had everything. The house is very cozy and beautiful, it has a private pool and then there are all the amenities that are also super nice. It's ideal to be with family and friends because it's spacious and has everything. Edgar, the host, is super friendly and is always very attentive to making sure nothing is missing and above all he's super attentive to every detail. That makes you feel at home. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Excellent location and the facilities are good

I would definitely return to this home. The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable, very close and accessible to the beach. We went with our dogs and the place is ideal for them to run around without any problems, the entire patio where the pool is located is fenced. Elvia was very kind, accessible and gave us a lot of flexibility for check-in and check-out. As it says, it's excellent for up to 6 people.

The house is easy to find by following the directions, which are very clear. The house is spacious and very practical if you go with your family. It has all the kitchen accessories, the rooms are comfortable, and it has games for entertainment. The house is very nice and comfortable Things I didn't like The house was a little dirty, liquid coming out of the fridge and some towels and sheets with stains, nothing serious but they should be more careful about that The pool was dirty and the next day the water was already green We had an altercation with the neighbors of Alado and although they answered us quickly and were very kind, it is something to keep in mind Apart from that, the house is very comfortable and can be enjoyed as a family
