Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Benito

Our stay was a dream. Everything about it was incredible. We loved everything about the Horseshoe and we used so many of the recommendations given for restaurants and daily activities in Mérida….they were spot on. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. Communication was great. They went above and beyond. We didn’t want to leave! It really is the dreamiest place.

Maria was so helpful and so nice. Location was walking distance to everything you needed from the area .. the parking was super simple, few steps from the front door. I would definitely come back when I visit in the future

What an incredible stay! The house is exactly as described- directly on the sea. Every morning it was calm as glass until 11:30a- could walk 60+ft out to a sandbar. It’s a small beach but you can walk along the coast to collect shells/look at the other beach homes. AC is only wall units in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms- it was warm in the afternoon or when cooking. The upstairs unit couldn’t keep up so we slept downstairs instead. But nothing to worry about. Spending each sunset on the rooftop was our highlight. And the pool when it was windy in the afternoon! Add 2 cholorine tablets daily to keep the water blue. Chelem is a tiny charming town. Chedraui in Merida and Progreso are best for groceries. Try Pescadería Cristo Rey IN Chelem- there is a Cristo Rey in Chuburna but it’s not as good. Plan for takeout- we had the best camarones ceviche and pescado frito. Also book a trip to Isla Los Columpios, ojo de agua, and Playa los Carbonaras! We already want to come back!!

Casa Camaleón is a wonderful oasis in the center of Mérida. The place looked even better than what the pictures depict. Pool was amazing and host provided helpful details and suggestions for our stay. Highly recommend this place.

A very nice house ideal for 4 people. The pool is very deep. There is no air conditioning in the living room or dining room, despite the fans and there is enough ventilation if it feels hot at times. The advantage is that the air in the rooms does cool down well and they also have 2 fans. The views are very nice. The only thing I didn't like is that check-out is at 10:00 AM and in most accommodations it's at 11:00 or even 12:00. But otherwise it's a great place to stay.

Wonderful location with the feeling that it feels like a private beach due to the peace of the surrounding area. All house areas are spacious and have that beach feel. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. Carlos is very helpful . Abel and his wife were always ready for what we needed . Villa Kakashki is a place you should visit if you want to have an unforgettable vacation.

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

We were a family of 9; 5 adults and 4 children, ages 9-14. This was perfect for us. The house provided an excellent location to access shopping, parks and restaurants. The children loved the pool. We had Javier and Glendy do daily traditional Yucatán breakfasts and two dinners for us. They are a treasure! We also liked a casual restaurant right across the street, “Masa Madre” for breakfast, pizzas and other Italian food. One hiccup we experienced was with noise. The front bedroom is on a very busy street which can be noisy early in the morning as well as at night. There was also an apparently new situation with a barking dog in a neighboring yard. This interfered with sleep very early morning and late at night. To be fair, Jorge and Glendy turned themselves inside out trying to resolve this problem, to no avail. Our hope is that Jorge can get this neighbor to be more responsible for his pet. We loved our time here and have created wonderful Merida memories with our family.

An incredible place without a doubt, it is a small tropical paradise in a tremendously quiet neighborhood full of beautiful houses. The apartment was impeccable, it felt like being in a rainforest, surrounded by nature, but with first-class comfort and luxury. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large refrigerator to prepare food without having to go out to enjoy the stay. If you are looking for an amazing place, with a good vibe, relaxing, a great pool and of course a super friendly host, this is the perfect place 👌🏻 Thank you Renée, we were delighted with the place and the service. We'll be back soon.

Excellent apartment, very comfortable and well-equipped.

The home is spacious and very well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and sundeck are so nice since Merida is so hot. The host provided a guide filled with local attractions and resources. I never had to contact the host because every single detail was either well prepared before our arrival or covered in the guide provided. By far this was the absolute best host we've rented with.

We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

Definitely a great host.

A beautiful place by the beach with everything you need to get away from the world and rest. Everything in the house is impeccable and super comfortable. Brett is an excellent host who is always attentive and responds kindly. For breakfast you can order from Café Frence and you will have a very tasty and abundant breakfast.

Great host, swift responses via communication and offer local places to check out.

Everything was very good, I really liked it and I hope to return soon with the family.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!

Luis's place exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated and comfortable with a beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Luis was friendly and helpful too.
