Great place! Nice pool and facilities! Id stay again.

We were very impressed by this place! Location is perfect from Downtown San Antonio/Riverwalk - about 5 minute drive. We had our own rental car so it was easy for us to get to & from places. Parking was great for us. We were there for a business training event & was pretty much out majority of the time. Yet the times we were able to relax, parking was always available right up front. Super easy to find the location. We also got to enjoy the amenities (pool & gym) during our stay which is very nice + clean. We met some other tenants along our stay & they were super friendly. Even recommended us a few restaurants to dine in during our stay. Our host Q was very responsive & able to accommodate any of our needs / answered our questions in a very timely manner. Check in instructions/overall location went very smooth. The bed was super comfy & honestly we felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in town! Highly recommend

Sandy’s place was exactly what was described in the listing. She responded promptly to any inquiries and the space was peaceful. I’m a sucker for a minimalist layout with the small comforts of home. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a comfy close spot to the river walk with everything u need to feel at home.

La Nubian's place was wonderful! Extremely comfortable and pretty. The apartment complex itself is really nice - loved the gym. The surrounding area is not the best. Definitely a product of gentrification lol but we're from San Antonio and had a great time visiting. The hosts were so responsive and extremely helpful. The check in instructions though, were a little confusing. It felt like a bit of a treasure hunt but we got through it! I absolutely loved the bathroom. So spacious and pretty. My mom and I were really able to relax during our stay. I did need to rewash the silverware but other than that, everything was so clean. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our stay at Michael’s apartment was FANTASTIC! The building is very secure, VERY clean, VERY well stocked! This apartment is very modern but not over the top. The furniture is all very comfortable and my wife and I loved everything! We will stay here again when we come to San Antonio to visit family in the future! Michael is a great host, he responds to questions really quickly and was always very helpful and polite!

This is a top notch property. It is a great property that is in the middle of all of the attractions for the area! The house is pristine!!

This was our second visit to the River House and once again, it was a treat! We just LOVE this home. The decor is so vibing! Very…eclectic? Bohemian? Perfect, for our family. There are only two possible drawbacks to be aware of: both bathrooms are only accessible through a bedroom and aside from one king bed, all the rest are twin beds. We love San Antonio and are so glad we’ve found the River House to use as our “base”!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view of the river. Everything was very accessible whether you are fishing or floating or even heading to town. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a great time here, wish our stay wasn’t so short. Lots of activities and it’s a quiet neighborhood. At night, the patio is for sure the spot to hangout at.

The Blackstone Retreat was beautiful and exactly as advertised. I originally chose it because it was close to the event we were attending. Pedro was an excellent host and made the whole experience memorable for our entire party. Our event maybe over, but we will definitely return to the Blackstone!

Host is very responsive, check in was a breeze. There's a decently-stocked kitchen and an HEB down the street so we did cook every night. The cows did come to visit and they aren't loud, mean, or harmful... they were very calm and minded their own business. There's no water in the lake area but the deck is still there for you to sit on. Water pressure of the shower is slightly conservative which we actually liked. AC works like the charm-iest charm that ever charmed. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing! My wife and I were in San Antonio for Fiesta, and this spot couldn’t have been better. It’s right on the River Walk, which made it super convenient to get around—bars and restaurants were all within walking distance. Ramiro was a really nice guy and very accommodating. They offer early check-in for just $25 per hour, which I highly recommend. We reserved four hours early just in case, and although we didn’t arrive until the standard 4 PM check-in, it was great to have that option available. The only issue we had wasn’t Ramiro’s fault—he actually gave clear instructions about the parking pass. We were just having too much fun and totally forgot to put it in the car. The pass is on the kitchen counter, and you must display it if you park in the garage. Unfortunately, we didn’t, and our car got towed, which was a huge inconvenience. So learn from us—don’t forget the pass! All in all, we loved the place, and you will too! It has a beautiful view and perfect location

Ramiro was an amazing host who genuinely wanted to make sure my wife and I had a great stay in San Antonio. The home was lovely, a genuine diamond in an already gorgeous city. Comfortable and filled with everything we needed, we loved the stay and would 100% book with Ramiro again.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was very well appointed and has everything we needed for a great stay while away from home. Chris was awesome and communicated well. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We were happy with the restaurants and river walk area that were steps away. Excellent host and very nice accommodations and neighborhood.

Great place, very quiet, yet walkable to great restaurants and some fun food truck yards. Ramiro was great, quick to respond and help with any questions or needs we had while staying here.

The apartment was great, the host had clear & effective communication / instructions. The apartment complex has valet trash service that leaves the corridors a bit smelly, the resulting cleaning products & 'air freshener' products have a very distinct scent. Overall the pool was great, the location was super convenient, and the booking worked well for our reunion weekend.
