Monthly Rentals in San Antonio Palopó

The host was very attentive to everything and they were very, very, very kind. The arrival is as advertised, you have to walk and climb stairs but it's worth it when you get to the view and the 3 floors are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were there right at the weekend of the Mother's Day celebration and in the village they started the celebration at dawn so we couldn't sleep comfortably, but we understand that it's out of the host's hands. Everything else was excellent! Especially the view.

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

Villa Jade is beautiful. The view and scenery is incredible. The place was very clean. Melvin the groundskeeper was an amazing fountain of information and recommendations. Always available to answer all our questions. The kids jumped in the pool with in minutes of arriving. As soon as we arrives the whole family agreed that we should of booked more than 2 nights. If I can make a recommendation is to bring all you need to make your meals so you don't have to make the drive back to town. Markets are accessible via Tuk Tuk. Overall this place was amazing the hosts and Co- host were great at communicating properly and promptly. Definitely will book again.

The service was great, very good service and kindness. A very clean and beautiful place! with lots of amenities. The hosts are always available and Don Victoriano is very helpful. The clean green area, the beautiful gardens and the wonderful lake access!!! We loved it!!! 100% recommended
