The place is completely amazing. Juan Pablo is a great host and responded to us quickly. The apartment has a great view of the beach and the spaces are very well distributed. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and has everything you need to spend several days in the area.

The house is nice and has all the amenities. The place is super quiet. Inside the condominium there is a small store. There's security... everything's clean. I really liked it... especially the tranquility of the place, which allowed me to relax... On the days I was there, there were not many people around the house.

The house is very spacious and what I liked was that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is well located, 1 block from the beach. The only thing I would suggest to make it a divine place is that the pool be heated to enjoy it even when it is not so hot. Otherwise, it is very cozy

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

The condominium security staff were very friendly and reliable, always ready to help us with a smile. The beach is very quiet and without many people, in addition to having the house and condominium pool. Carol was also very kind at all times and super clear with the directions. As I said, we didn't have any stress or problems at any time. We definitely hope to be back soon. It was a very nice weekend to disconnect. The casita is highly recommended.

We had an amazing time in Pulpos. The place was impeccable, super organized and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the waves of the sea from the accommodation, you could breathe a lot of peace. The host was very attentive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without any problems thanks to the good internet. A big plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place very much. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back 🫶🏽

The location is unbeatable, with exit to the seawall and direct beach access. The depa, large, well equipped and with a cozy atmosphere. San Bartolo is always an ideal destination to disconnect and recharge. We will return.

I loved the stay! This is the second time we have stayed because we felt right at home, everything very tidy as the description....and in fact we will return the next vacation!

Villa Lupita is a nice place to disconnect from the city! The description of the house fits with reality! Malú was always available to answer any questions or comments. The only thing that can be observed is that Waze and Google Maps misdirect the entrance to the estate. You have to follow the directions in the description, otherwise you'll have to go about 40 more minutes to turn around!
