A great family stay, quiet at Roseline and Michel's. The house is very nice and the location is ideal for visiting this beautiful Ardèche department. Our hosts are very friendly and have always been responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to stay at their place again!

Great house for a family vacation! The house has all facilities you need and is located conveniently close to Suze-La-Rousse (small village with some nice shops and restaurant).

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. The decor is great. Clean, beautiful and functional. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend you to put your bags there! Couldn’t have asked for a better house - ticked all the boxes and was conveniently close to Avignon without being in town. The house was spotless with all amenities thought about. Pool, loungers, outside dining was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. The house is modern and very clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more from an Airbnb host - Cathy was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with

We had a great time at this house. We were a large group with children. The house is ideal for everyone to have their own space. The exterior is pleasant: fenced, barbecue, petanque in the shade of the tree... The video projector is also great. The bathrooms are great too. I recommend this rental without a second thought.

The beautiful stone house in Labastide with its lavender-colored shutters caught our eye at first sight. Thanks to the three seating options in front, you can hike with the sun in the evening and sit outside from aperitif to dessert... It is tastefully and originally decorated and not overloaded. The kitchen has everything you need and you can cook very well there. This is also thanks to the excellent markets in the area. Thanks to the excellent mattresses, we slept great and the street in front of the house is not an issue, there are so few cars. The area around Labastide is highly attractive and we went swimming every day, explored the surrounding villages and were in the caves. Everything is highly recommended. Thank you, Lina, for the attentive hospitality. We will be back!

Spacious cottage, very well equipped and decorated, beautiful estate, a shame the weather did not allow us to use the beautiful pool. The videos made by Emma to facilitate our arrival were clear and accurate hence a smooth arrival. The books available to us were particularly appreciated by my mom and our dog was able to participate in our stay!!!! since here dogs are allowed!!! Very good stay, I would highly recommend .

This truly is a magical place to stay! It would be worth it for the beautiful terrace and views alone but the whole house is up to the same standard and has a Zen like atmosphere. We had a week of superb weather and really fell in love with the Ardèche. Great hikes start right at the house. Mirjam and Benjamin are very welcoming and professional hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental and hope to return!

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

We truly enjoyed our stay, a perfect location to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. It was a nice surprise to find so many animals: a horse, super cute dogs and a cat. The garden is beautiful, you can walk around, go down to the river, enjoy quietness and pure nature all around. The road to the location is also very nice - like a hidden path through nature. It’s definitely a place to come back to, with an amazing energy. Even two nights restore you fully and feels like you stayed much longer than this. Not to mention a stylish and tastefully decorated house. You can find all you need. Amazing both side terraces - to enjoy a morning sun and a sunset.

This stay was a real pleasure, from our welcome by Sylvain to our departure, accompanied by Sylvain's mother; sunny people who make you want to come back! The house centralizes everything you need for a peaceful stay: swimming pool, deckchairs, jacuzzi, ping pong table, petanque, super comfortable bedding and conducive to a good sleep, to summarize, you are wonderfully well. The house, while being a few minutes from Barjac, is isolated from any noise or other nuisances, you just hear the little birds that lull us to sleep. In short, we can't wait to come back next year, but for a longer stay: so many pretty villages and activities nearby! Very welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts. Nelson, a lovely golden retriever. The pool is really a plus. Very quiet and very cozy place. The sharing platter they offer is a treat, as well as the homemade olive oil. We recommend this address. We'll be back.
