This house is full of living charm, be my respectful guests. This house is mine, I live in it, my belongings are stored in the cupboards, but will not bother you when you occupy the house, I am staying elsewhere. Welcome to our independent studio in the heart of our property. Ideally located, 200 m from the banks of the Seine, the studio has independent access with a private wooden terrace, you will be at home! On the ground floor, bathroom; living room and kitchen, the bay window, overlooks the terrace as well as the garden. The rest/night area is upstairs (attic bedroom) and includes two double beds (one 160 and the other 140): ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Quant à la Seine, elle coule en bas du village et accueille bars et restaurants pour boire un verre ou se restaurer.

Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

Close to the Seine, the Fontainebleau forest, the castles (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy les Tours) 5 minutes' walk from the train station, not to mention the Bois le Roi leisure island and its golf course (9 holes) located 3 km away, this charming 20 m2 apartment with all amenities awaits you. A hiking trail is accessible next to the entrance to the property. Pets are also welcome. Our baker who is 200 m away "will delight your taste buds".
