You will be seduced by its unique location on a path that directly overlooks the Seine. From its pontoon, it is possible to go kayaking. Activities: bicycles, paddleboarding, rowing, hiking, climbing in the Fontainebleau forest. The village is very lively and pleasant: grocery store, bakery, restaurants within walking distance. Charming House with park near Paris and Nature!

We called our house Next Door BLR! Next Door, because everything is nearby! On foot! The train station is 2 minutes on foot (PARIS in 30 min, Fontainebleau in 5 min). The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

Completely renovated stone guest house in the pretty village of Fleury-en-Bière, 10 min. from Barbizon. The master house is located in the inner courtyard. Both houses are independent with shared courtyard and garden. Kitchen/lounge on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with bathroom/shower room/toilet. Entrance/laundry area; climbers, hikers, riders can put down/wash their belongings! Crash packs (x2) rental available upon request. Bed linen and bath/house provided. NB: Spiral staircase.

30 minutes by bus from INSEAD, Samois sur Seine is a village of character, full of charm, with all its local shops, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you a canoé, bicycles, crah pads and cars (ask for pictures)

The ground floor of this townhouse is yours. A double bed, large living room, fully equipped kitchen. A small garden in front, another to the south with BRQ, table, lounge chairs. This house is full of living charm, be my respectful guests. This house is mine, I live in it, my belongings are stored in the cupboards, but will not bother you when you occupy the house, I am staying elsewhere. The apartment on the 1st floor, which is independent, is occupied year-round by a tenant

A hiking trail is accessible next to the entrance to the property. Pets are also welcome. Our baker who is 200 m away "will delight your taste buds".
