Great place, great location. I think that a cleaning lady had a day off prior to our arrival. We reported the situation to the owner and he was ready to provide immediate solutions. So that’s appreciated.

Kannika stays on site. So she is always present for hosting and asking for travel tips! Kannika is friendly and graciously prepares a spread for breakfast too! The place is beautiful and is a wonderful restful place! She also runs a small but dainty cafe on site too!

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

Good value, relaxing place to stay. 25 min away from city central, so a bit out of the way. Also, it's very tropical so there are mosquitoes and bugs right outside, especially if you have external lights on (but it can't be helped since its just the environment). Overall enjoyed our stay. Max was very responsive, the place and pool was clean, and it was a nice, peaceful place.

Highly recommended..When I first stumbled upon this villa on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Prin is the most thoughtful, helpful and gracious host. He provided me with anything I needed. The villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is very clean and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible. Thanks Prin and Raintree Boutique Hut for a wonderful stay. I will be back, Ann.

This is our second visit! What an absolutely spectacular place. Authentic Thai houses on a property that is exceptionally well maintained, and is curated with the most beautiful artifacts! We just love the authenticity and the welcomeness that we have experienced here. We will be back again! Thank youfor such a beautiful experience.
