Vacation rentals with beach access in Sami

What a fabulous place close to the cove where the yachts and restaurants are situated then have own beach just out front. The owners were so lovely to bring breakfast and coffee from their beautiful bakery everyday. Comfortable beds had everything you need. Thanks Anna 🤗

A fantastic apartment, immaculately clean and well equipped. The huge balcony has the most beautiful views. Andriana is lovely and nothing is too much trouble, the fresh fruit, water and wine on arrival were a thoughtful touch. We will be back!

Firstly, Fryni is an outstanding host - excellent and prompt communications. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos with excellent amenities and a kitchen full of all the equipment you could desire. A huge fridge and freezer, full size oven and stove and microwave. The apartment has a spectacular view over the Agia Effimia harbour and is walking distance to multiple tavernas, great supermarkets and many different beaches. The apartment has three different balconies to choose from. This is definitely an apartment that I would recommend to everyone

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Isadora’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had all the amenities I needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. Isadora was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, even leaving some helpful local tips and a welcome treat, which was such a nice touch! Communication was seamless, and she responded quickly to any questions I had. The location was also perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. Henriette went above and beyond ... collecting us from the airport which made the start of our holiday so much better. Poros is the perfect place to unwind and relax. There are enough bars and restaurants of a good standard to eat somewhere different every day. There is a lovely bakery around the corner where we got our bread, pastries and take away coffee. You can also buy rolls with ham, cheese and salad. The accommodation was sufficient for our needs. There is a grill/microwave which we used to toast our bread and warm up our croissants. A fridge. My advice is to assume you'll eat out every day as the cooking set up in the apartment is not a regular kitchen. Adequate enough for making hot drinks and what I have mentioned already. Shower is great and the water hot. There are two sinks; one in the toilet and one in the shower room. There is an area where to hang your clothes. The balcony is perfect for people watching and eating your breakfast. Comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean, the views were incredible and the village itself was beautiful. The host was very friendly and responsive. Thank you so much, we loved it.

What a pleasure to meet Mitsi and her parents they were lovely and made us very welcome. We loved sitting outside and listening to the waves, it was so peaceful and just what we needed. Sunrise over the sea was particularly beautiful so to sit and watch it with a coffee from the comfort of the porch was perfect. Accommodation was well equipped and it was great to get new towels halfway through our stay. Location was fab only a short walk to amenities, restaurants and main square where you could book excursions or take the local bus. Definitely a place to unwind.

Amazing property in a stunning location. You definitely need a car to get around the island but Skala is 10 minute drive away and there is a private beach only a 2 minute walk. Thanks Chloe !

A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

It was our first visit to the island and we explored a lot! We are so happy we chose this home. It was exactly as described. The views were wonderful. We enjoyed the patio each morning and night. It was very peaceful. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in our travels between 3 rentals, We were fortunate that grapefruit and lemons were in season. What a treat those gifts were. I prepared dinner on our last night and all I needed was available and clean! The home was co clean. It was such a please to speak often with this couple. I’ll de dreaming of our stay.

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

The location is great and the room was clean and had tea and coffee. Loanna was so generous and kind. It has the best view over the harbour and felt very welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. Met me at the bus stop and walked me to it from my departure. Catherine.

This is a beautiful well laid out villa. Everything inside and out was immaculate and well equipped. We have rented many villas but the 10m salt water pool here has to be the best we have had. You can walk (without hills) 10 minutes to good restaurants but the 3 villas are in a private gated drive, making it feel very peaceful and secure. Anastasios and Marilena were incredibly helpful without being intrusive and very nice people to deal with. Book it - you won't regret it!

A wonderful home for a getaway. We loved exploring the west of Kefalonia from this beautiful, quiet location. Truly cosy.

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

We stayed for a week at Kostas's place with two children under 4. Kostas's place was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided for including toys for the beach! Kostas is a great host providing incredible local knowledge - everywhere we went and ate was recommended by him and all were very good. The house is extremely comfortable with all amenities in good condition and all your needs catered for. There is a small beach just outside the house which was quite private and suitable for small children to play. We would recommend a stay at Kostas's place without hesitation

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. We had a wonderful stay and lovely warm welcome. Panos and the owner were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great - modern and cosy. Perfect for what we needed. Incredibly clean, all the mod cons - very well equipped for cooking. Lovely little outdoor seating area and space to let clothes dry. Reliable mosquito nets - so you can have the door opens and not worry. Air con was great too. Perfect for toddlers as all on one floor - easy buggy access and no balcony to worry about. Gating around outside space offers privacy and means you don’t have to worry about the road etc - not that it’s busy. Lovely spot - close to beach, shops, restaurants. Our second time in Poros and will definitely book this place again.

Very clean Appartment a few minutes walk to the beach

The condo was situated in a great location in Argostoli. It was a nice 10-15 min walk along the waterfront to the main square where there were plenty of good restaurant options. The view from the condo was amazing to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port. The living area was spacious and nice to relax in. We did find the beds to be quite firm (just our preference though). The condo is situated on levels 2 and 3 of an apartment building and we noticed the entrance to the building and stairwell/lift smelt like gas - Marina assured us it was safe but it wasn’t a nice smell when entering the building. You could smell the gas a little bit inside the entrance area to the condo also.

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!
