House vacation rentals in Samedan

We were very happy with the accommodation as a family with young kids & sone friends. Very spacious, great hosts and one of the best views over lake como.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. The area was really quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, with a crazy view that left us speechless. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations: everything was taken care of in detail and very clean, you can see that there is a lot of attention and love in the management. The host was great, always available and super friendly. He also recommended a great tavern where we could dine and we had a great time. It is clear that he really cares about his guests, welcoming them with care and dedication. Upon our arrival we found many things to eat for breakfast and aperitif, a really appreciated gesture that made us feel right at home. I really hope to come back soon, everything was perfect!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is beautiful and next to a farmhouse so convenient in case you don't want to cook. It is not in the town center but we like it that way, the house is halfway between the town and the ski lifts with a beautiful view and convenient for everything, relaxation and peace. The house has everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay, and had so much fun walking around the area in the evening. It was so charming!

Absolute enthusiasm. I have fallen in love, the house is a force. Andri has carefully planned the renovation down to the last detail and did not save anything. A privilege that Andri rents out his house. I hope he will do this for a long time. The materials, the architecture, the furnishings, everything at its best. Even the sauna is designed. Everything is as beautiful as pictured. In addition, the history of the house in this beautiful village. Andri and his parents are extremely likeable, we felt very welcome. We, our sons and their friends who were there, were all thrilled and really appreciated staying so nice. The snow conditions in Scuol were still very good at the beginning of March despite high day temperatures, even the dream slope to Sent. You can drive to nearby Ftan, where you have access to the entire ski resort. Many thanks to Andri and his parents. Looking forward to the next stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michele’s place! The Airbnb is truly unique and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the kitchen window was absolutely breathtaking! Communication was smooth and easy, and the cozy village atmosphere made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Fausta our hostess went above and beyond for us! She firstly kindly offered to pick us up from the ferry port in Menaggio which we accepted with open arms as this was our first time in Italy and we had no idea where we were going! During the car ride to the Air BnB she pointed out the place we get the bus back to town, were we can get groceries and even the best places to try some locals Italian food and wine (she also gave us a 10 percent coupon for the places) to top everything off she already had a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge for when we arrived! We have honestly had the best time staying here the home is beautiful with the most amazing views, Fausta helped us get used to the local culture and navigate around the towns very quickly! However if we did struggle the local people are lovely.. We really hope we can come back and stay again

The house is very nicely renovated. The expansion is very modern, stylish and high quality. In particular, the bathrooms and amenities are excellent. Everything you need and this with peace and views. Great starting point for hikes, excursions and sights. Right at the train station and within walking distance. Only on the way to the house is caution advised, as it is directly along the street. Spacious and well-equipped rooms and terrace available. Highly recommended👍

I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.

A very well furnished and well-kept apartment in the heart of the beautiful Ponte, with a very attentive host. Our second stay here won't be our last.

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Great place to stay in Zuoz! My partner and me enjoyed the spacious apartment, which was very well equipped. :)

Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We have not tried how easy it would be to get around here with public transport, but we do not imagine it to be so easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). Como town is 1.5 hours away, and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Bed comfortable, bathroom pleasant. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his cell phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

We spent 5 nights at Pierino's. There were five of us and it was a great experience for each of us. Our children were also thrilled - although the two big ones at 15 and 17 are not exactly in a simple phase. The pizza oven was a total hit and the need to make a fire for hot water made the whole thing an experience. Nearby there are great opportunities for hiking. Pierino is great. Very helpful and reliable. He gave us very good tips. He and his wife are very warm and absolutely kind. The house was exceptionally clean and the property is lovingly maintained. Very high quality bedding! We had wonderful days as a family and want to come back.
