Vacation rentals with beach access in Samedan

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

It was a great stay, there were bugs that would fly in at night somehow and stick to the ceiling but other then that it was comfortable.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Camillo was a really great host, very responsive and helpful with the turbulent journey we had getting there. The location of the property is spectacular and it was quite close to all there is to do in varenna. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Viva’s Airbnb in St. Moritz! The place is super comfortable and cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. The team at Viva was incredibly helpful throughout my trip, always available and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is amazing—just a stone’s throw from the lake, which is perfect if there are events happening there. Even when there aren’t, it’s just a short and pleasant walk to the town center and ski lifts, making it really convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Maxie's place is great for walking the Val Roseg trail, and is within walking distance (15-20 mins) of the Pontresina city center, and only a couple minutes from the train station.

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

The apartment is just as described on Airbnb. It is literally a 2-min walk from Varrena train station, ferry points and everything else (mini markets, restaurants) is at walkable distance. Fabio is very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend this property!

Bright, beautiful, clean, updated apartment with a great view of Lake Como. Very convenient to a grocery, bakery, gelateria and restaurant. A Friday morning pop-up fruit stand was wonderful! Maddalena was very friendly and considerate and she responded to my questions/needs immediately. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely book again if/when I visit Lake Como in the future. Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Comfortable apartment in Lake Como

We loved our two-night stay at Paola’s apartment. It was comfortable and cozy and yet very spacious for our family of three and had everything we needed. When it was very warm outside, it felt nice and cool inside the apartment. We appreciated the washing machine and the large drying rack. We also appreciated the food items Paola provided. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from town center and ferry, a very pleasant walk if you don’t have large suitcases to carry. Located steps away from a public parking lot, parking is very convenient. While you may have to pay for parking (through an app) from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, this large parking lot does have some free slots — those toward the back, on the gravel. Chances are by late afternoon you’ll be able to get a free slot there.

Wow, this place exceeded expectations. The view from the terrace/balcony was jaw dropping. Place was incredibly clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and very spacious for four people. Check-in was very clear, the host greeted us and provided great instructions for arrival. Bellagio is a 10 minute bus ride from the location which was great. There is an amazing restaurant just down the street called Hotel Villa Aurora that was so amazing we went two days in a row. There is a bus stop right outside the location as well. I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful the view was from the terrace. This is one of the view places that I will definitely return to. Thank you, Lino for your hospitality. An extra plus was that the tv had all the streaming apps to enjoy in the late evening.

The place was fantastic with a great view of Lake Como. Gianmario was friendly and attentive and accommodating. This is the place we would recommend to those who want to experience Italian nature and idyll. We would love to come back when we come to Italy. Eli and Jonas, Elisabeth and John
