Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.
