The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

To be mobile on site, it is therefore recommended to travel by car and/or bicycles.

The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. In the middle of the Wendland, this place invites you to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located in a historic farmhouse from 1847 and was completely renovated in 2022 and meets the highest standards. Ground level, on 111 square meters, this apartment is perfect for families or couples who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. The farmhouse is located in a Rundling surrounded by listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
