In the middle of streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, whirlpool, sun loungers and fireplace

Relax with your family or friends at this harmonious place. Although we do not have a nice view, we do have a privacy-protected outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. At the end of September (depending on weather conditions). Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
