The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Nook

Relax in this spacious flat. We aim to make you warm, comfortable and have everything you need. The king size bed will ensure a great night’s sleep; the en-suite has a power shower, bath and wc. Heavenly and local Bramley Products are provided free of charge. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, washing machine as well as your cutlery and crockery essentials. The smart TV is set up with a host of apps so you can sit back and enjoy a good box set.

Located right next door to the 'Modiste' Dress shop (Bridgerton), in the building that was styled as Mme Delacroix’s house in the Netflix series, this very spacious Regency property has quite simply the most desirable address! Owned by an artist, this romantic apartment faces the iconic Abbey Green, and has fabulous views of the spectacular 17th-Century Bath Abbey. Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
