Lindsey was not only highly responsive, as I booked day of stay, but also very informative about the area. I asked a couple questions and received detailed responses. I loved feeling like a local with all the insider tips. The home is lovely and conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and stocked with the basics/essentials. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting the area.

We had a great stay. We stayed here for my daughter’s bday because she wanted to go to the water park. Everything is so close and the building is safe, secure, and convenient. It’s walking distance to the water park, gondolas, restaurants, mining tour, and brewery. I would stay here again.

The exterior of the home is presented with a modern design featuring large windows and a covered balcony. Stone pathways lead to the entrance, surrounded by lush greenery and ornamental plants. The two-story structure showcases a blend of dark siding and light accents, complimented by a clear blue sky.

Being a host myself I’d say I have a bit of high expectations and this place did not disappoint! Extremely clean, aesthetically pleasing, close to town and the college. There are two parks within walking distance, skate park and about a 7 min walk to the lake. We appreciated the bonus room filled with children’s books and toys. We come every year and plan on booking this in the future!

The cottage was perfect! I took my two kiddos on a long weekend trip and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal, as well as the house! It was clean, simple, and all of the amenities were amazing. My kiddos loved soaking in the hot tub after all of our walking and loved the snacks provided. The bed was so comfortable and all of the blankets were incredibly warm and soft. Usually in air BNBs I am freezing at night but these blankets were perfect. They really have thought of everything. The hosts were kind enough to put out carrots for us to be able to see the bunnies daily and my girls could not have been happier. We are huge bunny lovers so to see them so happy was nice (we caught some flat bunnies and binkies). We really could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you so much!

Easy to find, easy check in/check out, convenient location, close to everything! Cute house, comfortable, had everything we needed. My kiddos absolutely love the backyard space, hammock and hot tub! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Loved staying here! The place was really clean and bright. Looks like it’s brand new. The outdoor gas fire pit and barbecue grill were awesome to have at our avail, as well as a washer and dryer. Definitely will stay again next time we’re in the area!

We stayed at Brian’s place for a month and really enjoyed it! The house was spotless when we arrived, and looked even better than the photos. The hot tub was heated up and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It’s a duplex, but other than some walking around noise, we didn’t hear any of the guests in the other unit. We caused some accidental damage to the home and he was reasonable with repairs. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the CDA area.

The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was bright and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the couch was the perfect spot to relax and curl up with a book. We enjoyed the short walking distance to town where we found plenty of options for delicious food and coffee shops. We really enjoyed the lovely town of Coeur d’Alene. Thank you for all the recommendations. Definitely a highlight of our Christmas this year! Already looking forward to our next stay!

This was a lovely location for a girls trip. It is very nice and private and tucked away. I will say, the quality of the home isn't spectacular - the deck is a little rough and the docks are pretty rickety. However, I had a ton of fun with my group and those things didn't make a huge difference in the weekend. I thought the price was a little high for what it was, but I was glad to be so close to town. The views from the deck are incredible.

My Service Dog, her sister, and I had the best 3 week Stay at Chelsey's place! we were happy to have access to as many space heaters as there are rooms in the home, everything was super clean, and the antique and interesting furniture and decorative pieces were so cool and beautiful! Will likely stay again when I return to visit family! The dogs loved the big and very secure backyard!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, it was a beautiful place to stay located close to Whitefish & Glacier National Park, which was what we wanted. The house was very clean, they even had a few snacks/drinks there for us which was nice! It’s also located close to town 5 mins or so which had a nice grocery store & a few bars and restaurants. The hot tub was great, very clean. When we were there it had some overgrown plants/trees so you couldn’t see the view from it anymore. You can still see the view from the deck though, which was amazing. This is a nice smaller gated community, it had about 4 different rental properties within it. So not a ton of people, but there are other rental properties there as your neighbors. The only thing my husband and I were confused about was that this is only to rent the bottom of the house. You do not have access to the top of the house or top deck. The owners live upstairs, which was a bit of a shock to us. We did talk to the owners who were very nice but explained that the listing says “guest villa” not “main villa” maybe we are the only ones who didn’t understand that part. Just wanted to make sure others understand that so they don’t have any surprises when they arrive.

Lovely little well-appointed house in an idyllic neighborhood setting - loved being able to walk downtown to everything so easily. Decent grocery store only a 5 minute drive away. Electric fireplace was cozy each morning with our coffee. House was perfect for my mom, daughter and me while visiting my brother and his family in CDA and Spokane. Would definitely recommend!

Great little Craftsman Cottage in a mature neighborhood of Coeur d' Alene. Great location and easy to find. Just a few minutes drive from I-90. Just a few minutes drive (or 15 min walk) to "downtown" Coeur d' Alene. Quiet little neighborhood. Felt Safe. Easy Street Parking. Great little fenced in back yard area with a deck. Front Porch too! Great spot indeed.

All of my family truly enjoyed David’s place! The house is comfortable. We had 6 people! Enough room for all of us! The kitchen is so equipped with so many unexpected great things! A short walking distance to the Symes hot springs and all of the stores/restaurants. David even has towels for the hot springs! Plus separate bath towels and washcloths. Wonderful customer service by David and his onsite help! So quick to always reply & very helpful and friendly too! If we return back we will definitely stay again! Thank you David and team! J.C. WA

This place was awesome. Great hillside view of overlooking Flathead Lake. Jim was always quick to respond. Perfect for our family and a set of grandparents. Kids in the adorable room upstairs, grandparents on main floor and parents in the basement with a room to spare! Would recommend to anyone visiting northwest Montana!
