I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I especially enjoyed exploring the property – it was beautiful to walk around and take in the surroundings. A highlight was definitely the farm fresh eggs, which were a lovely touch and made my mornings extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Our third time back here and our stay felt just as special as the first time we came. There’s something magical about this unique property, with its storied past, cozy interior, and spectacular natural setting. How can you say no to a waterfall cascading around and through a house? Its vintage charm comes with some quirks, but once you get to know how things work, you’ll feel right at home. It’s great both in summer and fall — I think we’ll try a stay here during winter next. The friendly host is always responsive and generous with flexible checkouts when possible.

The red cabin was an absolute gem! Even better than the photos! Max and Emily were so wonderful and kind. Their dog Finn was so sweet as well. We walked in to a wonderfully homey and well decorated cabin with a carton of fresh eggs and a personalized note on the counter. Both Max and Emily were super responsive with suggestions and anything we needed during the stay but gave just as much space as needed - they definitely know how to match the needs of their guests. We left some butcher meat in the freezer and they were kind enough to keep it for us and let us know and we were able to go pick it up from them after. Such kind people with such a lovely unique cabin offering. Will definitely be back!
